The general manager of the hotel, Alyson was unusually skilled and professional as she helped me with an issue. She is thoughtful and personable, probably the best hotel manager with whom I have dealt. We love the hot tub “complex”, by far and away the best and biggest hot tub complex we’ve ever seen, regardless of room cost. It is the principal reason for our previous visits and will be principal reason for future visits.

Excellent three nights in this great hotel. Beautiful spacious suite with every facility, including full kitchen, washing machine and dryer, balcony, sitting and dining area. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We made full use of the facilities including the well equipped gym and amazing heated indoor/outdoor pool and spa pools with views to the mountains. We also enjoyed light meals ordered from the bar/lounge area and got quite addicted to playing shuffleboard! A great area for hiking/ biking and enjoying the Oktober Fest entertainment in Breckenridge and Vail - added bonus over the weekend we were there.

Shuttle only runs part time. We had no issues with parking, so we drove often and not in busy season, so no issues.

Pools and other amenities were great. The hotel is located 4 miles out of town, BUT this was a blessing--away from the hustle and bustle.

The hotel facilities are beautiful, the staff was incredibly helpful and the indoor bar and restaurant was awesome. The free parking was highly appreciated and it is a short 3-5 minute drive to Breckenridge Main Street and gondolas. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we come back to Breck!

This complaint is directed to Hyatt in general because this was our second Hyatt that we stayed at on this trip. In both hotels you have to accept their Wi-Fi to watch anything except abc, cbs, nbc or fox. My phone said not allowed to many hackers in area. So we couldn’t watch much on tv disappointing especially when you can’t sleep. Until this issue is corrected at Hyatt we won’t be back to one of their properties. A shame because this is a fabulous hotel.

Actually it's hard to find things we didn't like. Maybe the hotel restaurant could have more offerings but the little they had, it was high quality.

Room was not ready until 4 PM on the dot, and only when I stood in front of the check-in desk giving them the evil eye. Maybe I’m spoiled, but most properties will accommodate a 15 min early arrival. They do emphasize though that they want you out by 10 am and remind you often of that fact.

I love this resort. I stay here every time I come to Breckenridge, this is my fourth visit stay here and every time I go it feels like home. It's sooo nice they have the back parking lot finished now too!

Not close to many walking trails.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Our suite had so many conveniences. Close to many bus routes.

Last year our view was great. This year we faced the parking lot. Easy enough fix. I'll ask for a better view next time.

The room was super comfy. We enjoyed the whole place including the bar area.
