only downfall was very loud people above us. I tried to call desk and no answer. children running and jumping all night. smoking on decks and coming in our room. they threw trash all over. not good neighbors!

You don’t really meet the staff. Location is awesome. Close to the beach(my toddler was able to walk there)food is everywhere.very beautiful territory with the pond with alligators. The check in office is near the main pool, the one with chess. Rooms are clean and nice size. We are family of 5-parents and 3 kids. We had two bedroom two bathroom and were super happy.

The AC wasn’t working properly. It was hot in the room. I called to get maintenance to check on it and no one came. The WiFi sucked.

The hot water heater didn't work and maintenance never came to fix it. Dishes were dirty when we arrived. The black mold was almost in every corner of the room.

I am not sure how I was able to book this space for one night on Booking.com. It appears to be a time share location. I did ask for and receive email confirmation of my reservation. However, I was never sent any check in instructions, even when I emailed a request. I called, no one could find my reservation. Eventually someone did and told me to go to the SR hotel. At that place, the person asked for my white half sheet of paper. When I said I didn't have one, she sent me to a welcome center. This was at 4 pm. She said if I had checked in after 5 pm, they could have processed me at that site. At the welcome center, initially they couldn't find my reservation, although someone eventually did. Apparently the welcome center was a time share check in place, which didn't apply to me. The person at SR didn't check for my reservation, just assumed and sent me on a wasted trip to the welcome center. I returned to the SR site and the same person said she couldn't fine my reservation. Eventually the supervisor did, and I received keys to go to an entirely different location. The place was beautiful. When leaving, the instructions said to drop the keys in a box with the appearance of a mailbox upon exiting the security area. We stopped at a mailbox and were yelled at to keep moving. When we asked the yelling person where to return the keys, he yelled at us that it was a mailbox and to keep moving. Very unhelpful, stressful check in. Very rude security person.

Either Booking.com or 45 Waterside Spinnaker Resorts, or both parties, used bait and switch tactics. I reserved a two bedroom bungalow/cottage at Waterside (4/24-27/2024) because of its proximity to Coligny Beach Plaza and the beach (.4 miles). I I am a 76 year old disabled Vietnam veteran with limited mobility. Upon my arrirval at Waterside, I was told I had to check in at S.R. Hotels. I was not given an apology or reason for the changed check-in location. S.R. Hotel staff subsequently told me that my location was changed (1 mile to Shipyard Beach and two miles to Coligny Plaza), again no apology, no reason other than "it's happened before". I messaged Booking.com on 4/24 and received an inadequate response on 4/26. I was offered another location for $285.00 for one night. As a side note, cable tv did not work upon arrival and was not repaired until the 2nd day of my 3 day debacle. How many others have went through this bait and switch? I wonder.
