The staff are not so friendly, especially the front desk. They are not helpful and barely smile. The toilet flush is really slow, all rooms have carpet that doesn't seem to be clean that often. The bed is kind of small too. And they need to improve the fitness center. The neighborhood is ok, but there are a fireman place nearby, so be prepared for siren noises, especially at night.

The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect, we love the restaurant for breakfast. The guys at the valet are the best. The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom is good, they recently renovated it. They have a mini bar inside the rooms, ask for the keys. There are also a nice pool, great for the weather in Dallas during the summer.

Nothing I disliked just an unfortunate location by the fire station but that’s a good thing too

The location except the fire station was very busy

There was no option for parking side from valet ($45 a night). Even that is not much of a complaint as the valet service was very good.

The location is fantastic, this is in a very walkable area with lots to do nearby. Staff were kind and always helpful, and the bar, The Library, is extremely nice and has great drinks. The lobby is classic southern opulence, absolutely stunning, and the pool and poolside lounge are very nice too. Furthermore, our king room was so nice, it was sizeable, had a great bed, nice tv, ceiling fan, and great huge bathroom with an extremely nice shower. Excellent and very kind housekeeping staff.

They didn't have enough staff to handle the number of guests.

The architecture of the hotel was fun and welcoming. Lol, the library was the bar and super lively.

Directly under a flight path so bring silicone earplugs. Noisy air conditioner in bedroom. Excessive breakfast costs. Ordinary pool.( old)

The old school charm, comfort, stunning furniture & the lively piano bar.

Only one sink in the bathroom

The quality of the bed and the bedding. The staff from the valet to the room service and reception, including the driver who took us to the restaurant!

    Parking price.

Most hotels of this caliber of price offer a free breakfast. I also think that $47 a day for parking is a bit rich.

No real negatives but I’d say we walked to Walgreen to get not overpriced bottled water & it is in the flight path for Love-field Airport so lots of plane traffic but could not hear them from inside the room.

Great little hotel with lots of history, classy from when you walk in to the rooms. The Library bar was a great place to listen to live jazz music and grab a drink before we ate Prime Rib at the restaurant in house. Rooms were large and comfortable great with a view. Staff was excellent and went above and beyond. Pool was great too.

The breakfast offered at the hotel was overpriced. We ordered toast and for five US dollars we received one thin slice of white bread toast.

A stylish, elegant hotel with large rooms, comfortable bedding and a lovely lobby and bar. It had a very pleasant atmosphere.

    Not one thing

Everything you’d ever want in a hotel is right here at the Warwick. Old school, with a Casablanca vibe, you’ll want for nothing and luxuriate in the comfort of simple sophistication. 10/10

I asked the person at the desk to give me a wake up call at 4:30 a.m. as I had to take someone to an early medical procedure. I also reminded the person at the desk about the early wake up call at the end of my check in. And I never got the 4;30 a.m. wake up call.

Resort fee and parking fee. Slow WiFi connection. Shower head does not have any pressure. Dust bunny’s under furniture, hair around sink and floor.

Value for the money, comfortable bed. Large room with ground floor access to pool, refrigerator in room. Quality of toiletries, lovely smell. Grounds are kept clean. Speaker in room has great sound. Dimming lights, for evening coziness.

This is our second time to stay at this hotel and both times your systems have been down. First time it was when we were checking out and the second time was when we checked in (still not working when we checked out) so anytime we left our room, we had to have someone from the hotel take us up to our room or let us into the pool area. Alma really did make things as best as she could for us while we were there.

We really like this hotel, good location and staff is very friendly!
