Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We have stayed at this hotel at least 8 times over past 12 years. Having been upgraded recently when it became Wayfinder Waikiki, it is now of a fantastic.standard. Spacious rooms - all with large balconies; pool is one of the best - and location is brilliant. Great selection of TV channels, safe deposit box in each room, and a wonderful base to explore and enjoy Waikiki/ Honolulu from. Staff very obliging and helpful.

The gym was small but very nice and well kept. They were so helpful with their little information pamphlets and activity board making sure you didn't miss any local activities.

United StatesThe Wayfinder Waikiki is a small, bespoke hotel with a unique vibe and boutique furnishings. The location was in a quiet area only blocks from the center of Waikiki beach. It was a nice change of pace from the crowded, oceanfront resorts. The poolside bar and restaurant had incredible happy hour prices and excellent food. We would come back for the Poke Nachos alone! The service staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. Overall we had a great trip and enjoyed the many amenities the Wayfinder offered, including checking out a Go Pro for the day to video our adventures.

United StatesThis is the second time we stay here, I think we got a handicap room for some reason, there was no closet and it was kind of small, we didn't complain because it wasn't an issue but it was just something we noticed l. Our room only got partially cleaned 1/3 nights we stayed, we saw cleaning staff in other rooms every day, but I'm not sure if they only clean after check out, we got more toilet paper & clean towels per request. And they took the trash the second night per request as well. Other than that, staff was very nice, friendly & helpful.

What a lovely time we enjoyed at the Wayfinder for our recent holiday. While is was a little way back out of the main Waikiki area (only a short walk) the facilities and the staff were amazing. We especially enjoyed the Redfish, delightful food and a great atmosphere. Thoroughly recommend this accommodation experience and would stay here again for sure.

RomaniaThe room had a door to the room next doors. Because of that the sound isolation was very poor. I could hear every step and every sound our neighbours were making.
Location was excelent, not too far from Waikiki but not too close to that loud area. The room was very nice, we had the corner balcony which is really big.
