I expect to have a little Microwave in my room. The Coffee maker was not working, or maybe I did not know how to use it.

I like the pool. It is not too deep and my daughters who do not know how to swim could easily get into it.

Everything was great until a group of girls that didn’t sleep until 5:30am checked in next to us. Security was called multiple times and nothing was done about it.

The property was nice and a great location for the beach/nightlife/restaurants.

I was not happy my first night staying, the room that I had requested and payed for was not the one given to me. My husband and me had to go back down and talk to the front desk to express our concern, and could not resolve the problem till the next day. I feel like I over payed for that first night due to the fact that the room was not what I payed for. Would love to stay again but it’ll be something I’ll have to think twice before making this big purchase once more.

I found a cockroach in the room, and the balcony wasn’t very clean. I also didn’t like that the hotel did not have any stations for pet relief/no trash cans with pet waste bags so easily clean up after my pet. The breakfast was misleading since the reservation said breakfast included but that wasn’t actually true. There was a $50 credit for breakfast for the entire stay, but the restaurant available for breakfast was definitely expensive and the credit only covered 1 breakfast. Also, I ordered room service and the cheese cake was terrible. It takes like cream cheese with icing on top.

I like the privacy of the room and the friendliness of the staff. The location and proximity to the beach was great.

First when I did the check In ( I send message to the Hotel to check in early I show up at 2:30pm) the room the give me was not ready . The pillows don’t have pillow cases And also no towels on the bathroom . When I ask the lady from housekeeping. She said the room was not ready yet . For been 5 star hotel was not worth the money I paid . The pillows need to be change And also the toilet room the door can’t be able to close and open . Because the pillow don’t have cover and can see old blood on the pillow ( dry) if that have the cover of course I won’t be able to see but that was not the case . Then my stay was only for two days . When it was chance to go the pool with my daughter the water was so cold I can pass that but I feel very uncomfortable with some guesses that have children ( playing with the sun cream lotion , taking the small cup inside the pool ) this make the pool water look terrible and was not body to tell anything to the parents to the kids that was not to play with . And also was not towel for the pool chairs .

The location and the perfect view of the ocean . The house keeping lady was very nice always offer to help .

the rooms were out dated, definitely could use some updating. we had water puddling in the hallway in front of our door, which was brought to the attention of the facilities staff more than once. the ac vents were condensation so badly it was dripping constantly. the shower wasn’t cleaned properly. there was residual sand along the edges and the room and hallway had a pungent musty smell.

elevators don’t work had to wait for almost 10 mi for the elevator. room service toke almost 2 hours to bring out food. and hotel is a bit out dated

It was clean enough but not spotless.

We booked the “Sensational” room and the ocean view was outstanding. Another plus was that the breeze on our high floor kept the bugs at bay.

No real child friendly facilities and very expensive room with very uncomfortable fold out bed, so much so we had to have 3 & 3 in double beds, breakfast was not great either

The suite was run down with poor water pressure and drainage. The cleaning staff did the absolute minimum even though we only had them to clean one day out of our 4 day staff. They did not clean bathroom floors or dust. The pool areas really need a refresh. I didn’t like the dirty cushions or wholes in the towels and covers. The residential pool may have been contaminated because my friend and I both ended up with white rashes on our legs.

The staff, public spaces and the food were absolutely amazing!
