Poor AC. Was told not to have it lower than 75 degrees and if we did and there was a problem we would have to pay for the repair. Just didn’t seem to work.

All good. There was only one minor negative experience. During the hand over back to the host, we had a discussion about the cleaning of the BBQ grill which was not adequate. Finally we found an agreement.

Everything - the house was outstanding. All good - nothing to complain.

a very calm, quiet area, the villa is very clean! we traveled as a family and it was great, you should save electricity if you don't want to pay extra. We did not turn on unnecessary lights, we kept a stable pool temperature, if you follow the house rules you will not have to pay extra charges. All cooking facilities (coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, detergent, kitchen utensils) If you use the barbecue, you must leave it clean and do not exceed 2 baskets of towels, otherwise you will pay extra. It is a wonderful house decorated with excellent taste

Couldn’t use the pool the day we arrived or half the day after as they had added chemicals to the water. Wasn’t happy that for almost 24 hours we couldn’t use the pool. Poll and spa controls very temperamental, spa wouldn’t turn on and sometimes off. Stayed here last year and it feels like it’s not being maintained. Weeds growing around pool area, smoke alarms missing with bare wires showing.

The internet didn’t work for any of our phones, we rented because of the backyard tv and it didn’t work. The internet worked for other devices of the house, and for the phone of the realtor that collect the deposit.. perhaps the backyard tv and guest phones are paused by the owner after guests arrives Future guest: get up early and wash the towels if you shower in the morning, otherwise they charges $50 if towels are not washed. The microwave wasn’t working at all. At our arrival at the house there was a very overbearing smells of perfume. Inside the house it was 80 degrees. After reading the manual book that was left for do’s and dont’s, it stated that the thermostat couldn’t be turned down past 75. Every time the air was set on 75 it would stay it would always increase back up to 78 or 79 degrees. The pool filter never kicked on, so we the visitor had to manually turn it on every morning.

The property was very clean and well decorated. The neighborhood was pleasant and no riff raff. The pool and Hot tube were excellent! definitely a nice modern home

I didn’t like that the property owners did not bother to check the propane grill tank connections after previous guests reportedly used and replaced the tank. Very neglectful and dangerous. The gas was leaking and very dangerous. I had to repair the issue myself and replace the tank. Not ideal during our brief stay. What was especially bad was the way that Ann, the host’s assistant, handled the issue. Very rude, condescending, argumentative, and dismissive. “What do you want me to do? It’s not my house…” is definitely not the way to handle it. Then, calling the manager and saying “your best friend” is on the line definitely does nothing to defuse the already inappropriate interaction. Manager ended up waiving the $20 “electricity fee” for my troubles but it would likely not have been necessary had there been a bit more compassion and professionalism.

I loved the fact that it was a very clean and spacious house. We were able to take advantage of the outdoor patio area, the pool, and jacuzzi.
