Bathroom stained, broken towel bar, towels disgusting and decaying when used. Floors also dirty. Remote power button did not work. Other buttons worked.

Hardwood floors was a good idea. TV system was great. A/C system worked very well.

Beds were small to fit for 2 people. There was no breakfast, it would be great if the hotel provided breakfast.

There was cops and a crime scene van in the parking lot when we pulled in. Stains on the bed linens. The toilet ran all night. The Wi-Fi wouldn’t stay loaded. We couldn’t even call the front desk because the phone was broke. Floors were gross. Couldn’t take our socks off.

Disappointed in the handicap shower in our room. Shower seat would not stay up to give us room to get in the shower.

Location is great for my husband’s Dr appt and tests at Riverside Hospital. Room was fairly clean and bed was comfortable.

Dried food particles was left in microwave, the bathtub drains slowly, toilet was slow to flush, room had a strange odor, tile was very loose from the baseboard and had a white powder in the corner of it. Trash was left in room. Housekeeper did not clean room properly. Their prices is a bit high and even after using booking.com it offered no discount.

I only got $40 back of my $50 deposit because there was make up on one of the wash cloths. I would assume anyone who wears make up has to take off their make up at night. not happy about that.

They are on Booking.com. That is why I chose because I have stayed here several times, and the option to “book now pay later” that is the only option I will ever choose!!! To pay at the property! I was very very very upset the day of my stay. I received a call from an employee saying they tried to run my credit card. They did not have my permission to do so they called me saying that my card would not go through. Yes, of course I’m not stupid enough to put my card on the Internet that is why I chose the pay later option. I thought it was very unprofessional and very sneaky. They also have constantly tried to keep my deposit for whatever their fake reasons are if I didn’t have my husband with me, I believe they would’ve tried to keep it. For this reason, I will not go back, which is unfortunate because the price is good and the location is convenient. I would suggest taking pictures of everything before if anything is wrong with the room you should take pictures and immediately tell the staff otherwise they will try to use it even one little stain on a towel as an excuse to keep your cash or card deposit, and even tried to charge you more. Always ask for a receipt for your deposit. I can’t stress this enough. They will definitely try to keep your money if they think they can get away with it.

No blow dryer/ plug outside of bathroom did not work shower handle broken could log shower it was cold. Called the office they said they would send someone - no one ever came so we could not shower because we had to check out.

However, i booked two rooms months in advanced. Unfortunately I had credit card fraud on my debit card earlier this week so I had to cancel my card which was linked to this booking. Apparently they tried to run my card twice that morning and it got declined obviously but because of that card they was going to cancel our reservation. Once I received an email about the cancellation I called immediately talked to the man working the front desk and he told me if update my card everything will be taken care which was a lie because when we went to check in he continued to say it was canceled and that I never called him. Which left us without a room without even trying to call me and try to figure it out immediately. I ended up booking this room with two beds and paid $41 more. I understand in way that it’s not person working the desk is fault but he could have tried harder to make things work but instead he did absolutely nothing. I know for fact I wasn’t the only person that dealt with this Saturday with this same type of thing or booking people the wrong rooms. I think the whole situation should’ve been handled better. I definitely won’t be staying here again.

Over all the room was expected I didn’t have high expectations it was place to fall asleep.
