Our room was by the pool (which is well lit and we didn’t have black out drapes) and the AC unit was noisy.

The only complaint I have was not related to the staff. We went to the pool, there were unattended children and they were jumping, diving off the side of the pool even though it was posted no diving. Couldn't enjoy it because of all the splashing from that.

The location was awesome and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Front desk lady was nice, breakfast was good. We didn’t swim but the pools look good and there were two. Our room was clean not the fanciest but it was clean and comfortable would definitely stay here again.

There was some slight poor design in the bathroom which resulted in mopping up shower water with towels.

The outdoor pool was fantastic! Breakfast was perfect. I did notice a sign that said only certain items were served on certain days. We were there in the weekend and all items were served on Saturday and Sunday. This is fine to me but just a note for other travelers. The beds were also the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve slept on. I usually don’t sleep well in new places and I passed right out.

Limited choices for breakfast. No real choices for someone with egg or dairy allergy. There were unattended pre teen boys at outdoor pool that were rough housing and cussing a LOT. We left less than 5 min after arriving at the pool. Water in shower was feast or famine. Couldn't get it to just be warm. It was cold or scalding.

The beds and the bathroom was clean. Water pressure was low in the shower. They could clean the walls better but it was ok for the price we paid.

The shower (room 323) temp was difficult to regulate. It was either freezing or scalding. There were unsupervised preteen boys at the pool, who were reckless and their language and antics made us leave, as we had a young child with us. Then, after we went up to the indoor pool. One of said boys ran in asking if we had seen his key card, rummaged through our stuff, grabbed a key card and took off.

Being able to see the fireworks off our balcony was a treat. Location, value, and staff were awesome.

The parking was a bit difficult in the back of the building but was manageable.

We enjoyed the breakfast. Lots of variety. The gravy biscuits and eggs and sausage were great. The room was clean and spacious. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The pools were great.

The bed while very comfortable was very noisy. When I went to turn over it sounded like garbage trucks were outside making noise, it actually took me a minute to figure out it was the bed making that horrible noise.

Its centrally located to everything. Room was clean without anything fancy.

The floors in my room were nasty. My feet would get black walking to the bathroom. The pool is small and doesn’t open until 11am!!!!!!!! The older building definitely needs some updating. You have to buy ice. It was only 25 cents for about 1/2 of a bucket.

The location was perfect. The breakfast attendant was very friendly.
