The air conitioner was too cold and from what I remeber I was not allowed to change it. The exterior of the building is in poor shape but the apartment was very up to date and modern.

Toilet was not working properly. Window lock was broken For the first time ever I must complain about the mattress (terrible uncomfortable, my husband never slept on the bed) not fan in the bathroom something must needed in it.. And the sofa bed (too small) also no cable TV..

On the arrival nobody was there we must call to find out which one was the apartment building because the address was confused and the building's name was not specified .

The property apartment is very good. The overall property, not the apartment but the general building looks old and might require some refresh and maintenance.

Stairs and corridors need a good power wash. Would prefer coin laundry instead of credit card. Windows and bathtub need replacement. Cod bed was described as the room having a single bed. Pool was not in operation yet, but I knew that upon registration.

Great location. Unit was spacious. Unit was clean. Inquiries addressed immediately. Free parking with Guest parking available as I had visitors for the day. Balcony was pleasant to sit and have a morning coffee.

The place was well above expectations.

Don't let the older building deter you. The apartment itself was cosy, practical and bright. It had everything that was needed including a proper kitchen, extra bedding and A/C. The street is quiet and the parking is convenient. There was a balcony that captured the evening sun. It's a short walk to the beach, park, supermarkets and shops. It ended up being my favourite stay in Florida.

The apartment manager and husband were beyond hospitable. Felt very warm welcome and let us store our luggage while we went to the beach before check in. Offered us chairs and towels to use while there as well!!!

Superb location, close to the beach. We recieved detailed check-in instructions, it was easy to get in. Apartment is well-equipped,although building is old, but we knew it from previous reviews, so we got what we expected:)

At the beginning we were looking for the name and a bit confusing because no sign, so I had to call , but the staff very helpful, even late .They have been very friendly , and professional .

The situation is really perfect, near everything you can expect , little plazza with 7 - 10 different restaurants in a 6 mn area, pharmacy , supermarket , gaz station..... all you need and ......... the beach really 5 mn from apartment., in a great , exclusive area. Flat has all you need in terms of equipment, then super AC , very good WIFI, private parking just in front the door.

The balcony sliding door didn’t open right you have to kind of fight with that. What we didn’t like was the molding smell coming out of the furnace and AC compartment. It wasn’t been disinfected and it smelled terrible. The stuff told us it’s everywhere in Miami.

It was clean and almost everything was new. When my girlfriend lost her wallet the stuff founded it and returned it to us that was very sweet of them!

Our original room was very close to the pool, and while we were aware of potential construction noise (based on the previous reviews), we didn't expect it to be THAT noisy. We were very lucky though, as the management quickly responded and offered to move us to a different room. The building itself is somewhat dated and the rooms, while renovated, still have some dated parts.

The location is very convenient. The management is very responsive, the rooms and building conditions are decent and the overall value is exceptional.
