We went to City Museum and walked around the town with our children. It was the perfect location for everything we did. There was even a little park across the street we loved. We didn’t park at the hotel because of the $45 fee. We parked the car ourselves in a different lot for much cheaper. We will definitely stay again.

There really was not anything I can say that I did not like

Breakfast was just fantastic! The customer help in that area was amazing. Everything was clean, well stocked and if you had a problem, they would assist you! Alot of good food! Our room was great! Bed and pillows were so comfortable! It was very nice and clean! Maid service was every other day, but very efficient! Del, the front desk manager was amazing! He was so nice and helped you with anything that you needed! He needs to be commended for his services!

My stay at Tru by Hilton was fantastic! The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The clean and spacious feel of the room made me feel instantly at home. Yhe location and the parking situation was a joke

The breakfast was pretty bland and juice was all out. Good options though. The elevators were kinda scary (original to the building so 100 years old) and one broke while we were there with guest stuck inside (everyone was safe and got out fine)

Perfect Location as we were there for a Blues game. You can tell they are really working on the area as I know it was not the best neighborhood before. There are tons of things to do within walking distance. Staff was super friendly and it was very clean, it looked like nobody had ever even stayed in the room we were in prior to us. Immaculate.

One aspect that posed a challenge during my stay was the ongoing street construction near the hotel, leading to confusion for my rideshare requests. Navigating through the construction zones proved to be inconvenient and affected the seamless transportation experience I had anticipated.

I was particularly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the front desk person who checked me in. Her affable demeanor and informative approach created a welcoming atmosphere, making my overall experience truly enjoyable.

The room was clean but there were thimgs that disnt work like plig ins for the phone, icebox, the shower door didnt close all the way and NO HOT WATER. The site didn't show that there was no parking and that it would cost $45 night. Needed to wait 30 mins to get my car. They NEVER went to go and get it until i showed them that my keys were still on the desk. No food for breakfast unless you wanted to wait for service to bring out more needed to wait 20 minutes and them there was so many guest thst it was first come first serve. No clean diskes. No juice. Blinds broken....and the list goes on and on.

Was looking forward to eggs for breakfast, they had western omelets. Not everyone likes that type of thing. They were out of cream cheese for bagels. Hashbrowns were dried out and sausage was gray. Only one kind of jelly. The person running the breakfast area was not friendly and looked like he came in from parking cars to attend the breakfast. He didn't even look like he worked there.
