We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesSo I wanted to book another night and the process because I booked thru your site made it close to impossible...I should of just been able to phone in another night...so I had to wake up and Book the room thru ur app again, I'm not sure why Booking.com and TRU HILTON can't find a way behind scenes so the guest can continue to sleep lol..once I booked thru the app again, I apparently booked the incorrect room. .sooo not could I return to my room and wake up I had to move to the room that I actually booked.. So they said wait ..I continued to get ready for my day and they said rooms ready as I moved my stuff over opened the door and heavy smell of weed exited the door as I opened it...I am very easy to work with as I also am in Customer service field...I said imma leave my Cary loaded and return later ....NP AND by the way Lerora already had a plan before speaking to me to compensate for the inconvenience...she gave me her info and next month she already has me set up to receive a discount for my stay...not was she proactive but her relations with her team was very impressing...I do have to say that I fully 100% beleive that they love working for her and for HILTON....I beleive the process should be mainstreamed better with Booking.com I beleive the hotel has their hands tied with the procedure.. I am not upset angry or regretful for staying here. .I'll continue just because of Lerora and her staff!! 10 outta 10 from a manager also that diffuses customer issues and we all know alot to DONT FORGET! Instead we need to pay attention to how the issue was handled and how they function as a company...THAT SPEAKS VOLUMES. SEE YALL NEXT MONTH THANK U!!!!

The hotel was very nice and clean. I absolutely loved the decor and activities provided for the kids. The outdoor seating area was very nice as well. All around I really liked it and plan on staying again!!!!

This is a new location and as expected all furniture, fixtures, and decorations are new as well. Nearby restaurants aren't bad, and the Walmart across the street is convenient if you forget anything.
