It's infested with roaches and that was never made clear. We'd be walking through the front door and see one fall from the frame, turning on the lights as we walk in and they scatter on the counter, and using the bathroom and see one across the wall. Although the roaches kept mainly to the kitchen and occasionally the bathroom, we had to thoroughly check our bags as we packed to ensure we didn't take any home with us. If there are going to be roaches, that sound be reflected in the price regardless of the location or amenities.

The other side of our place was like night and day compared to the cute red brick street. There were cops patrolling 24/7 because there were a lot of people out at night using the public transportation right there. I think the staff on this app were incredible and were always available to help when I had questions or concerns. But I think that the on-site team doesn't prioritize customers. She requested 3 times for more coffee and toilet paper (we were staying for a week and weren't provided enough for 4 adults for a week), but the on-site team never delivered them. We ended up buying our own and the host said they would reimburse us. A couple fixtures were loose, but nothing that impacted our stay. They were thankful we shared those concerns.

The space was nicely decorated, overall cleaned well, and was a great location. It's such a great value for a 2 bed 2 bath. Kitchen had appliances we needed and the included parking was so nice! We saved a lot of money with a rental car vs always ubering to other parts of the city. It's in the historic west end where there's a nice red brick road with cute shops, bakeries, and restaraunts. It's right next to museums and near a great bar/saloon called Jack Ruby's. Overall very satisfied with this place. The amenities were nice though we did not end up using them.

The 8 days we stayed had no tv to watch the football games during thanksgiving week , no remote. They did come an replace the garbage disposal. The elevator went out , so we had to go up and down 4 flights of stairs ..

Was a cute 2 bedroom , perfect for myself an adult grandson. We could walk to almost everything we wanted to do. Close to buses trains and city transportation.

Lobby access from street is not secure, so the homeless were free to enter the lobby area to urinate. The smell was horrendous. Also had a homeless person asleep in there at one point. Cockroaches and ants in the apartment - did consider leaving at one point but we worked out that if we left the lights on they didn't come out. Apartment has washing machine but no detergent, which we bought and used once. Also coffee machine but no pods when there were teabags and sugar sachets. Before arrival I messaged the operators for the best way to get from the airport and was told taxi or Uber (£40.00). Once there discovered that Orange Line at the West End station outside the apartment runs directly to the airport every 15 minutes, cost $3.

Location was excellent, only minutes walk to all attractions that we wanted to see. Apartment size was great with our own bathroom. Loved the fridge with an icemaker, not something we have at home! Beds really comfortable. lovely pool area. Ellen's diner a block away is superb for breakfast. Got the train (Union Station) to Fort Worth ($12 return), well worth a visit. Food court on Commerce Street is great, different eateries to choose from and nice area to sit and eat. Also recommend the Aquarium, Sixth Floor Museum, Holocaust Museum, and the Klyde Warren Park. All within 10-15 minutes walk.

Low quality foam mattress Black hairs left on tiles in bathroom! Large kitchen but no table or chairs to eat at (2 stools but only space for one at counter) in property said to sleep 6. Difficulty gaining access due to poor/late communication of required codes.

One of the toilets was broken and it took three days for them to repair it. We asked for two key fobs and only one was provided. No kettle. Bin in bathroom was broken. No tea towels or drainer. Bath towels were small.

we flew in from europe and only got information about check in very late requiring expensive roaming settings. when we arrived (around 5pm) the access code was not working and we were unable to reach anybody via messages for almost 45 min (1-888 number could not be dialled with an European phone). seemed that the door code had not been activated yet (even though the message indicated activation by 4pm).

Train stop right beside the building. Place needed some maintenance. Examples - tub drains extremely slow, kitchen faucet sprays water out the top, burn marks on bathroom Vanity. Needs a good deep cleaning. Shower floor needs scrubbed with a Cleanser. It looks as if it is only cleaned with a spray.

I found it confusing to get into the property. I was not sent the door code until the night before. I had to phone Vector Travel to find out when I would be given the door code and the entrance codes. When I phoned I found they didn't have my photos and information I had sent so that is why they were not sending the codes. I asked the code to the pool. I was given the wrong one. I asked about what to do with the garbage, Vector said to leave it in the corner of the apartment. When I checked with the cleaners they said to put the garbage can outside the apartment. Vector seemed to not know what to do in the apartment. I suggest there be more coordination between Vector and the cleaning staff.

The location of the property in Dallas is excellent! It was walking distance to the Dallas Art Museum, the Zoo/Aquarium, 6th floor museum, the Red Museum Tiny Tim Grocery store and 7/11. The property was very clean, comfortable convenient.

The check in process was confusing and none of the codes or keyfobs worked. We were told the apartment would be ready at 4 pm but when we arrived at 415 and finally got someone to help us up,there were still staff inside the apartment. We were told we would have access to the pool and fitness room and did not have codes for either one.

The space was comfortable and clean. Easy to access everything we a med to do while in Dallas.

Nasty

First day there one of guest bathroom was broken my sister had to use my bathroom, as I’m getting ready for bed a roach crawls across the floor..one roach no big deal right? As I proceeded to get into bed another roach is crawling on my arm. I was up to 4:00 speaking to customer service nothing was resolved not to mention the dirty towels and the trash in the bathroom that was left over from another guest. I paid 453.71 for Saturday and Sunday we ended up checking out finally due to smaller roaches in the other guest room. Please avoid this property through “Vector” housekeeping even told us how nasty other apartments are in the building in which have bud bugs extremely disgusting and disappointing. Run from this property please do not book..please see my pictures.
