The lady was rude, I was supposed to have a king room and was given double beds, only one light worked, room was not very clean. Lady at the from made me use cash and then charged me an extra $10 because it’s “her policy”.

I didn't like nothing from this Hotel. The owner Mr. B & Mrs. B we're so horrible to me and my family. They stole $42 dollars from me and claims that they gave me the exact amount of change back to me after I paid my rent. And they clearly did not or I wouldn't be complaining about this!!

The bed wasn’t clean, no hot water, there was dog p**p on the floor and vomit. No one came in to clean it. The room obviously wasn’t cleaned before me

At check in they charged me $50 deposit, $25 for each room and the desk person said when I checked out it bring my card and it would be refunded. The desk person at checkout pretended he know nothing about it and then finally claimed it would be refunded to the card. My guess is that is a refund I will never see.

Frames on several doors had recently been repaired and while it might not be the case looked as if they had been broken into. Carpet was wet in both rooms. Toilet took about 4 attempts each time used to flush. Tub was in such sad shape we chose to wash up from the sink with a rag. Place smelled strongly of room deodorant.

Never got the chance to view the property as there was no power at the hotel.

The knowledgeable and friendly clerk who knew where to send me to get a room to stay the night because a storm came the night before and knocked down power lines around the city.

EVERYTHING! The workers were very passive aggressive. The room's door had issues shutting (other rooms' had their doors cracked open after cleaning, as was ours). Weird people in parking lot including a truck of men drinking. I believe they frequently visit because there was a barrel with alcohol bottles next to them. Room had tons of broken stuff, including tv. There weren't bugs in our room, but we overheard others complaining about it and other reviews complained too, so we decided to keep our room. We filled out a complaint online through their chat to inform them of our issues but did not get a response from anyone actually present. We didn't feel safe to go to desk because there was also a woman outside that appeared to be tweaking. Bedding and towels were dingy and some stained. The mattress pad looked burned in a spot too. Fridge was broken and gross

the towels were torn and stained. the bathroom was in poor condition, with holes in the tub and the air vent hanging open. the door had no security latch for night time secured locking.

room was sufficient, no foul odors, the tv worked great. the a/c worked perfect and water flowed nicely. there was a mini fridge and a microwave that worked properly as well.
