Peace and super Near to the Airforce base

They use the most insanely scented cleaning products I have ever smelled at a hotel. I honestly considered checking out before I settled in it was so strong.

Easy to get to (fairly), and the rooms have been updated (a little) obviously within the last few years. The bed was super comfy and great pillows.

I found one bug in my room during my entire week-long stay and I think it was a baby roach. But it was a one time occurrence, never saw anything else after that.

Manager and staff were very helpful. I traveled with my in law and her children so we booked separate rooms, but the staff accommodated us by putting our rooms next to each other upon request (we are not seasoned travelers and were anxious to be apart). Rooms were also clean and cleaning services came regularly. The property was very well lit outside compared to comparable priced places we passed so I felt safe as someone new to the area.

They had a clean room set up for me and my baby so I lived that. It was safe and close to the Airforce base which helped me a lot. The staff too were very nice and helpful from the front desk to the cleaners. They kept my room clean everyday for the three nights I was there

A guy was there on drugs and came out of his room with a towel halfway open showing his private area. knowing that my children and I were in the pool I think manager needs to be more strict on who they let stay in there motel drugs and people like that shouldn't be allowed but to each there own my point is " respect " .... ohhh and the room we stayed at the beds were veryyyy uncomfortable super used beds 😔

Price of motel , housekeeping was great , and the pool was fresh and clean , and very peaceful and quiet and manager or owner was very polite 👍

Strong room smell of cleaner? But understandable as I visited in the heat of June and the rooms are stuffy with the air running 24/7.

Super close to Lackland- easy access to the base. Clean and had coffee maker, fridge, and microwave in room. The staff is the star here, super helpful and friendly.

Nothing but the beds had hollow metal bottoms that when your feet knocked into them it made a loud sound. We got used to it.

The rooms were nice and neat. The lobby was small but always had coffee. The price was very reasonable and the neighborhood seemed quite. A small convenience store was next to it. The outside pool looked nice and clean. We picked this hotel because it was close to the air force base, a 5-10 minute drive and no interstates. The staff were all very polite and accommodating. They switched my mothers room from the second floor to the first floor the next day. O the black out curtains were the BEST! They had art on them and 97% of light was blocked, give or take a %.

The only window in the room was facing the wall. The biggest problem were dirty sheets and pillow covers. After I reported dirty bed sheet, I received a clean one and had to change it myself. Then I discovered that pillows were also disgusting and covered in stains. When I mentioned that during checkout I was told that somebody will contact me, which didn't happen. I had to contact the place myself and they refused any compensation since I didn't report it immediately (which isn't true), so I had to report it through booking.com customer service to get any money back. Also, place didn't feel very safe for a single female traveller.

The TV was a little confusing as far as channels

The staff was very helpful and took care of minor issues immediately. The hotel was close to Joint Base San Antonio where my son was graduating from Air Force Basic training.
