Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Canadathe coffee is not good, but there is a McDonalds in the same parking lot. So it’s no issue at all
The Staff members were really nice and really attentive to details. They cleaned the room everyday. It shows that the manager and is crew are proud of of their business. Nice pool area also. Bonus points going to the complementary breakfast that had a very good selection of meal.

United KingdomThe only issues were in our second room with no hot water.
We chose this hotel as it was close to the airport and on the right road to travel down to the Keys. The staff were very friendly on arrival and gave recommendations for dinner. We had rooms next to each other. Beds were very comfy and in our room we had no issues. Our family next door did not have hot water in the morning. We also found small red ant-like bugs in the bathroom in the morning. This is not a complaint as it did not bother us, but my mother in law refused to go into her bathroom as she was freaked out! I’m sure they would have been more freaked out at her!! 🤣🤣 we woke early because of jet lag and were able to get coffee from the dining room at 6am. We then went back for breakfast at 7.30am. There were eggs, sausage, bagels, cakes, yoghurts, waffles, pancakes, coffee and juice. All good.

AustraliaBreakfast: Limited selection - cereals, fruit, yoghurt, bread, juice, coffee. Not enough seating for all of the people that attended. Hours not long enough. Air Conditioning: Smelled of mould. Left the room humid. Shower: No hot water on several occasions.
We stayed here for 4 nights in April while we explored the Everglades, Florida Keys and Miami. Location: Very well-situated, close to the Everglades where we spent a lot of our time. It was just a 40 minute to 1 hour drive away from Miami. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity. Within walking-distance of a few fast-food places. The owner gave us a map of all of the food in the area when we arrived. Parking: Ample parking available onsite with a space for you right outside your room. WiFi: No connectivity issues. Bed: Comfortable and large. We had some trouble with the pillows though. They were too soft or too hard. Swimming Pool: Clean and lovely! I did not swim but my partner did and said it was very nice. The pool is fenced with recliners for you to sunbathe on. Staff: Very friendly and down-to-earth. Helpful and incredibly lovely. You could really tell that they care a lot about the property! Bathroom: Shower and toilet is separate from bathroom sink area. Toiletries and towels were provided. Fridge: We had a small fridge in which we were able to store our food and drinks.

Great for travelling to Keys and Everglades National Park. Refurbished motel. Our room was clean and cleaned and bed made daily. Staff worked hard to make the motel and motel grounds attractive. Felt safe on site and breakfast was good choice with hot and cold options. Map was useful.

United StatesMy husband found a hair in his breakfast sausage. It definitely wasn't his. Didn't eat breakfast there the rest of the trip. The bathroom door stuck and was a little hard to open.
The location was good. The pool was nice, we used it while doing a load of laundry.
