It is very close to the freeway but the AC unit had a fan so we just kept the fan running so we couldn’t hear much of the traffic. No continental breakfast which just makes things easy, but it does have a microwave and refrigerator in the units.

Very easy to locate. Nice and quiet on the property except for the freeway traffic noise. no noisy neighbors, only one story units. Even though it’s older, it was nice and clean in the rooms. Very affordable.

It's right off the highway and not a particularly pretty location or building. The room and furniture are very basic. But it's clean and comfortable and a good value.

The room was large and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was very convenient for our road trip. The property was well managed. The staff were friendly. It was a good basic motel and a good night's sleep.

The air-conditioning in our room was extremely loud, so we turned it off, but then it was very hot in the room, which was quite uncomfortable at night.

Owners checked on my ETA and contacted me several days prior to my stay. It felt like old school hospitality. The owner showed me around the property and gave me a recommendation for an EARLY breakfast at a local place.

Just a suggestion but nothing that deterred our great opinion........ a towel rack by the sink would be very helpful.

Very close to highway but AC unit blocks out noise. No real issues with the place for a budget motel.

Had a deluxe room with two queen beds and the room has huge. Almost too big - was hard to see the small tv it was so far from the bed! Had a small kitchenette area but no kitchenware (dishes, utensils, etc.) so bring your own. Wifi and AC both worked well. Location is good for accessing Larsen Volcanic National Park but not much else on the area.

It was like stepping back into the late 1950's or early 1960's. I understand that there is a lot of history in this town and the property the motel sits on is from the late 1890's. We were arriving late and leaving early, so there was no need to pay for an expensive room up the road. This fit the need perfectly.

Traveler's Motel works really well for us as a stopover on our way back to Canada after a stay in southern California. It's only a couple of minutes off the I-5 and the signage or your GPS gets you there without trouble. The hosts are friendly and welcoming and the room is clean, comfortable, and has everything we need for our one-night stay.

Owner-operated. Not many rooms that make it limited people in and out. Owner always checking in on guests. Very safe that gives you peace of mind. Excellent staff!

Room air conditioner/heater was very noisy but still worked ok. Noise level from the freeway just 50 yds up the hill was louder than ideal but the bed was comfortable so we slept surprisingly well.

One of the best basic hotels we have experienced. Clean, wonderful hosts, and pet friendly with a reasonable $8 pet fee'

Although having the kitchen, there were no spoons / forks / knives etc. But I asked the hosts for some cutlery and was provided the needed things. Also only one cup for coffee, while the room can be used for the whole family - also it makes sense to provide at least two cups.

Nice place with clean and spacey room (we lived in the Deluxe one). Not so expensive. Nice and friendly hosts. Kitchen with coffee machine. Bathroom with all the needed towels.

Road noise from freeway, which was fairly close and expected. They were having some power outage issues so not all of the outlets & lights worked in the room.

Private, quiet location. Staff was courteous to my late arrival and showed me to my room & helped me park my moving truck to a safe spot. Room was clean & cozy and had all the amenities I could've hoped for.
