The lobby was locked and did the transaction through an outside window. That should have been our first warning.The outside of the building had trash thrown everywhere. The trash cans were overflowing. The concrete was in need of repair. The grass around the hotel was overgrown weeds. There was a loud party and disagreement in the parking lot where there appeared to be long term tenants. There is a patio but the door to it was screwed shut. Defiantly not a place we will stay in again.

The staff was friendly. There were clean towels and the room was clean.

The entire floor smelled like a combination of tobacco and Marijuana smoke. My "non-smoking" room came equipped with an ash tray, there were zero trashcans in the room (I counted them twice) and there was mold growing on the shower curtain. Oh, and the hot water did not have enough pressure to wash the shampoo out of my hair--and I have a crew cut over what is not bald.

Location was good, staff was friendly, ease of check-in and check-out was great. I even liked the room decore with the not so subtle pictures of rwce cars on the wall--not NASCAR--but still. . .

--Mold is evident in the bathroom. --The room itself was quite dusty. --All edges of carpet around the room and behind furniture had thick dust/dirt buildup. --The sofa was stained so we covered it with towels to sit on it. --The sheets on the sofa bed looked quite old & recently used --Curtains were crooked and didn't keep out the lighting very well from outside during the night --Even though the hotel website stated breakfast was included in our stay we were told there would not be breakfast of any kind available.We weren't even offered a voucher to get breakfast elsewhere. Actually after registering for our stay and getting ready to go to our room it was an after thought to ask the representative where the breakfast room was located. That's when we knew this. I'm not sure if I hadn't asked at that time if we wouldn't have been told until last minute in the morning when going to look for the breakfast area.

Where do I start. I arrived at 3 pm for checking in and waited 45 minutes for someone to arrive at reception. The 1st room 401 smelled like mold, no refrigerator which I needed for my insulin. The 2nd room 420 had what I needed, however the room was not clean. My key card would not work, we went up and down 4 times until it worked, however both cards didn't work the next day, got it fixed and again the 3rd day had to get it fixed again. Everytime we went to reception we had to hunt someone down to help us. No trash can in the room. The halls smelled, the stairwells were nasty. Had I known I would have eaten a days stay to cancel my reservation and would have paid more to stay somewhere else. The lawn was way overgrown as well. The bed was not comfy iy had dips and sagged, there was no water pressure in the sink or shower. I am shocked that Wyndham put it's name on this hotel. I did not take photos as I was ashamed to stay here. Never again.

The location was fantastic, the fact I was able to have my dog there at no extra charge was a blessing.
