Very small rooms and very dated. No ameneties to be found. Poor parking. Noisey .

Old, worn out facility with no charm and way over priced. $175 got us broken concrete on steps outside rooms, room badly in need of repairs, exposed wiring, old spotted rugs and chair, moulding missing in the bathroom, walls patched but not painted, sheet rock chipped and missing on corners, unidentifiable green, moldy square on floor. The worst motel I have ever stayed in.

first impression was awful, exterior is very run down. we almost bailed on our stay right there, but decided to look at the room. room was clean and smelled good. bathroom was very run down, shower was barely big enough to stand in, hot water was tepid. the price versus value was WAY OFF! for 1/2 the price, the stay could have been viewed as a value stay in a rundown motel run by nice folks. this is as not that!

Electrical outlets were few and far between. The bathroom needed a major makeover. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so, after two showers, the room was like a sauna--even with the bathroom window open.

The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean.

The lady running the motel seemed to be by herself so service was slow and she was not friendly.

This is an older motel that is apparently being updated. Difficult parking in a narrow space. Because of the positive star reviews, we expected a lot more. We didn't see any updates. The beds looked clean, but the room needs major upgrading. We did not even stay, mainly because the door had no chain on it for security. We talked to the owner, but as we booked online, she said she couldn't give us even a partial return. Lesson learned.

they hiked up the price due to the event that weekend. paid $200 a night for a room that should have been only $60 a night. no breakfast either and the shower head sprayed in all directions. Parking is an issue there as well. Had to park behind the motel on the street.

Window covering were shabby, there were no tables to sit at. No chairs either. The bedding was shabby and torn. The shower curtain was missing hooks and was not clean. The carpets were shabby and not clean. The toilet would not flush without the tank lid being removed and manually manouvering the rubber stopper.

This motel is in desperate need of remodeling. It is old and the walls are so thin we could here people speaking next door.

they need to clean their bathroom drains (actually open the screen and pull out the stuff that's making them slow), and make sure the sink plugs are in working order.

the beds are nice and comfy and pillows. first room I was in the bathroom sink plug was stuck. so, I moved to a single room, which it was much smaller, but the Walk-in shower the drain was slow so I couldn't wash my hair and body at the same time, or it would overflow the shower basin, I just called it a shower with a built-in foot bath. but it was clean enough, the bed was super comfy, I slept well. so, for a cheaper quick stay it was fine.

The mattress on the bed was old style springs and not comfortable. Since the rooms are so small there is only one desk type chair to sit on other than sitting on be to watch TV in the evening, would have been nice to have extra pillows to prop up on. No lighting other than overhead light, small wall mounted light would be a nice touch as there is not room for a bedside table.

Convenient location, reasonable price in comparison to other properties. Bathroom was spacious compared to overall size of room with nice shower. Room was heated with baseboard electric and was a comfortable temperature.
