However the keycards were not working I had to get a replacement at the front desk. The blankets however although the property was smoke free had cigarette holes in them. They did come around on our 3rd day with fresh bed sheets and blankets they also left more toilet paper.

The hotel room was very clean and equipped with everything you would need for a long stay! The location was also perfect there’s a gas station right a the corner with snacks drinks and little home things. Melissa the receptionist working the front desk when we checked in was very helpful.

This property was very close to the Miami Beach convention center where I had to be for most of the week. Approximately a 10 minute walk OR 4 minute Uber for less than $6 on average.

We requested a room service and expected that they change our bed sheets. But when we came back to hotel at the night, they just put the new sheets on top of the bed. Please dont lie to your customers. We wanted to extend our check out even tough the hotel was empty. They said they were full. Also the oven was not working.

A lot of cockroaches, cockroaches in my bedroom. Found one in some clothes I had folded up on top of my suitcase. Cockroach in the kitchen, in the freezer door gap, on top of the cooker and one in the sink. If there were no cockroaches this would've been a great stay.

Location is great, interior was good too slightly dated in some areas but modern for the most part.

The facility I was staying in needs upgrading They need new furniture. The housekeeping wasn't that great. The blinds were dusty all over Like if it hasn't been clean in months, blinds are important too. There was a chair in the living room that had a hole on it. It also Have a smell. They need to do much better. I Will not refer anyone there.

The staff was nice and the location was great. The bed was great.

No PARKING, unless you pay $30 A DAY in a near by lot. Bathroom needs updated, NO BLOW DRYER! The TVs weren't great.

Nice size room and very comfortable bed. Kitchen was nicely supplied and BONUS, a BLENDER! The staff was very nice and accommodating. The courtyard was clean and the pool was very nice, the lounging area was a plus.

Our room keys; were a pain! Did not work, almost daily. That was off putting. The keycards had to be changed multiple times. I did not mind the "tropical friends' the gecko's! They were of various sizes; but my sister was scared of them. Otherwise I think they are harmless. There was musty odor under the kitchen sink was; was disturbing. No full body Mirrors in the entire apartment. That aught to be a must, when you traveling and going to various events in the area; or job meetings etc. Full body Mirror!!

Loved the location! Our room was located near a river that runs by. Excellent area; felt safe. Its close to the Beach; the famous restaurants; with very inexpensive Lift/uber rides (we used lift). Looks lovely and clean inside and outside.

The bathroom toilet needed maintenance. The front door required double checking for locking. Notation for limited parking availability would have been nice. We ended up parking our rental and ubering to locations so not to lose one of the few spots around the apartment.

I would have liked to have left my luggage there after checking out. It was very inconvenient and not secure to bring my luggage with me to the nearby pickleball court. I ended up taking an uber from the courts to the airport.

The amount I paid was around $150/night, it was too expensive for this type of a 3 star hotel. My first room was near the pool, on the 1st floor. I did not like it at all and didn't feel comfortable staying there, the reasons being: the door to my room was transparent glass, the room had an unpleasant odor, couch was torn and shabby, and AC in the bedroom created a big puddle of water under and around my bed. I requested a different room and got transferred to another building. That room was much better, no odor, nicer look, however the TV was broken in the living room. I didn't try on the TV in the bedroom. The 2nd room was much nicer, and more privacy.

I chose this hotel because of it's location and the spacious rooms, also because it has a kitchen with a fridge, stove. It has nice sitting areas outside. It's located in a quiet picturesque area, close to the beach, restaurants, and CVS and Walgreens.

The walls were very thin so you can hear the neighbors on top and around. Also it is located very close to a fire department so you have a lot of fire trucks with sirens during the day and night.
