I arrived late, after 2am, but had listed 'next day arrival'. When I arrived I was told that the system had done an automatic sweep and because I had arrived after 1am my booking had been cancelled. Obviously nobody had come and booked the room after 1am, but because the computer now viewed it as the following day, the room was listed as booked due to having been booked for the upcoming night. So I wasn't allowed to have the room even though it was empty as I should have been in it!! The lady had to create a new booking for me. In total this took about half an hour. The lady was pretty abrupt with me at first when i was trying to understand why I couldn't access my empty room, she became nicer when she realised I wasn't going to kick off. Seems crazy that a clear system error can't be over-ridden. Not a great arrival and I wouldn't go back.

The room was large with a kitchenette, but no crockery. Bed was comfortable and it was close to the airport.

The kitchen was literally bare - not even a mug or teaspoon. There was an option to order a package from the front desk but it would have been nice to have at least a few basics there on arrival. I was taking 100 lb in medical supplies to Africa - but my room was on the third floor and the elevator was out of service.....it was just a bit inconvenient. Staff were really nice though.

The price was pretty good and the room was very comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly and offered to help me with bags.

There was no water bottle coffee and tea in the room at all and not even cups for drinking. No hair dryer. Since I was there two nights I never get water bottles in the lobby and in the room as well. And included breakfast was unexpected something and tricky.Which is just like snacks. No much choices either. So we had to buy breakfast too.

The room was nice and clean. But it was smelly ever after using air fresher it was smelly.

The suite had some odd odor as we entered. We asked the front desk if they had some air freshener but they said they didn’t. There were tons of stores within a mile, so we ended up purchasing one. It felt okay after using the air freshener. The couch on the living room felt itchy as well. The breakfast was poor with just coffee, muffins and bars.

The 2 bedroom suite was very spacious and ample space for my infant to walk around.

However, the elevator was out of order, and we were staying on the 3rd floor (we got in our exercise), and my husband's complaint (not mine as it brought back childhood memories of living on an air force base), was the low flight planes (duh, we were staying close to an airport lol). It did not have a coffee pot, dishes, utensils, pot, or pans like advertised. I understand trying to keep a place like this stocked is challenging and would have packed a few things from home had I known. I just chalk it up as another lesson learned to always be prepared and pack a little extra. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

The staff was very kind and welcoming. The room was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. I loved the small kitchenette. It had a fridge, a microwave, an oven & stove, a dishwasher, a garbage disposal, and a good amount of cabinet space. It would have been great if we were staying longer than a few days. Overall, it was very spacious, clean, and in a great location for us as my family lived only a few minutes away from this hotel. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping centers in the area.

This was a pretty bare bones room. No coffee maker, Stove but no dishes, utensils etc. Not enough parking. Airplanes flying sometimes very low, and therefore kimd of noisy. "Breakfast" was coffee and really dry packaged muffins.

Had a suite with two rooms within- one queen bed and TV each room, plus a living room with TV and couch that a person couldve slept on if needed.

Check in process was one of the slowest and most cumbersome ín áll my journeys. (Also tried to send me away when I had a reservation claiming they were full). Plumbing not working (water either burning or freezing cold) no electricity in the plug around the bed (no bed light working as well) also heating/cooling temperature setting not working at all I woke up freezing of cold in the early morning when I set to 72 degrees. All in all I would not recommend it.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. My bed clothes I wore that one night smelled like the room when I got home. There was no decaf coffee or hot water at the breakfast bar.

The bed was great, the staff were super nice and helpful. The locations was perfect for what I wanted. The room was very quiet, even the airplane noise was not terrible.

convenient to everything, but some updating needs to happen. by some of the cars that were there-awhile, it’s turned more into an apartment complex. our room, 117, was well worn. closet door that didn’t shut from misalignment, door trim had dog scratches, shower had one temperature, couch corner that again had marks of a dog being there. everything was clean but just worn

It was difficult to find the location even with Google maps. The board for the was not visible and not properly lighted. The sign for 'Lobby' was hidden behind parked cars and was not lighted. Even with Google maps it took me 15 mins to find the spot at night. I even gave a bad review to Google maps.

The whole place was reek with cigarette smoke and weed smell most of the time. The management need to crack down on smoking in the room.

The suit was fine, having everything we needed. The staff was helpful.

No dish soap or dishwasher detergent. No paper towels. I did not have any way to wash the dishes before I used them. No frying pan! The usual toiletries were absent in the room so you had to go get them at the front desk. Parking was an issue after 10pm when we checked in.

We had a plumbing issue that was taken care of quickly.
