The appearance was very old and needs updated. The carpet was very old and needs to be replaced. The tub also has to be replaced due to broken grab bar and made it unsafe and the refrigerator was not working the freezer was working very well.

The service and the breakfast set-up was very good.

The first room I was in smelled like urine . But the staff did move me the next day to a different room . But my bags stayed with the stench of urine . But I was so exhausted from my dive out I put up with it the first night . The second day I couldn’t handle the stench so I asked the front desk and they moved me right away. The staff was very courteous.

The location was great. Easy to get to from the highway and there were lots of restaurant options close by. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and went always made sure we had what we needed to be comfy. The breakfast spread we nice too. Every morning they switched up they type of eggs and other proteins they offered. They had cereal, oatmeal, yogurts, bagels and pastries to choose from as well.

We had trouble adding a night on the front, though your agent tried her best to get it done. Also the hotel was a little run-down: carpets in halls were badly worn...those in room either needed to be replaced or deep cleaned.

The house keeping was awful ! We were booked for fifteen days and our bed sheets were only changed once in twelve days there was pee on the bottom of the toilet that was there from the first day we moved in and still there when they moved us to a new room ! And they finally moved us to a new room also we had to constantly have our room card updated every two days also the general manager absolutely did nothing to help she actually ignored our situation and said she knew nothing about even though she had said she got an email at ten o’clock the night before from the Asst Manager! We told her that we were looking into checking out and going to another hotel for better service and we felt the only reason she asked to speak to us was because we told the Asst Manager the she ignored us and just wanted to sweep everything under the table !

David was awesome he greeted us at the front desk and made sure that we finally got taken care of along with the help of Elmosia

Waiting in the lobby for an hour before being helped, bedroom sheets had stains, the tv was discolored, the shower had a hole in it with tape covering it

The management, seem a bit put out & distracted having to deal with the hotel guests They put me in a handicap room with no shower head that worked probably Had a hose shower head that hung down to the floor with the no way to use right Hotel was a bit run down & overpriced….

The room smelled spoiled. The bath room was dirty, there was dried urine around the toilet on the floor and the bath tub was filthy. Over all the housekeeping was terrible
