Queen bed was way too soft for someone with back problems so couldn’t sleep very well. Garage parking only which wouldn’t be an issue except our mid-size SUV even scraped because of the incline to get in and out of the garage.

The only minor thing was on the first night it was warm and no air conditioning but it got progressively cooler and we used the fans in the facility. So it wasn’t a big deal.

I loved how clean everything was. From the dishes, to the restrooms, and the bedrooms!

Parking. I checked that I wanted parking when searching but there is no direct parking for this unit (22). Maybe my fault for not noticing. You have to park .1 of a mile down a steep hill. Not too bad, unless you forget something in the car then it is .2 of a round trip up/down a steep hill.

The location was great for our needs. Good access to town and recreation.

1. There was conflicting information about the check-in process on the booking.com app. Instructions with a door code were texted to me, but the booking.com app also had instructions in a different section to "bring ID to an office" located in the town, which I tried to do but couldn't find. The property manager was responsive to my phone call, but I'd enourage them to double check the instructions in the app to avoid confusion for future guests. 2. It snowed heavily during our stay and the unit was not provided with a snow shovel to clear out a walkway to the garage. 3. Would be great to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Lacking this, it would have been helpful to include info about laundry machines on the premises.

Amazing view and location with excellent access to ski lifts. TV setup was comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked with appliances. Comfortable beds. Loved the garage. We'd definitely come back.

Although a short drive to village, it’s not a walk to anything and no shuttle access. Not a deal breaker, just a trade off for ski in/out access

One of the bathrooms was carpeted so that didn’t feel very hygienic. Very tight fit for people carrier in garage. No aircon but fans were provided. We’d have liked some local information provided.

Absolutely no food cooking supplies in the kitchen like cooking oil or salt. Didn’t realize it would be that un-stocked. There is no garage parking- but there is outside walk up parking for one car only.

Amazing location in relation to access to skiing and incredible view. Very close to the jacuzzi and sauna.

Snow removal, distance to the Jacuzzi facility was really far away for a snow packed road! The “ski in ski out“ wasn’t what was promised! it was literally a hike through deep snow to get close enough to Bluejay to put your skis on. Leaving and returning. For literally the same price and not having to deal with stairs, Sunstone over at Juniper is a way better “ski and ski“ situation and way more user-friendly!

The sliding door to the balcony was broken, it was extremely hot with the fan not working. The only allowed 14 towels before they wanted to charge. We had 6 people for 7 days, so that wouldn’t work. There were also an influx of insects. My kids had spider bites all over them. The couches were very uncomfortable to sit and relax on.

Cons: 1. Garage doors are weirdly sized between the units where the consecutive unit is allocated with the garage door almost twice as big as its neighboring unit. We were unfortunate to have the unit with the tiny door so we barely fit out Expedition but I assume there is a high risk of damaging the car while parking if the driver is not very skilled (my mom used to be a commercial trucking driver and still barely managed so you get the message. 😂) The management needs to explicitly display the size of the garage door on their ads because I felt like this information was intentionally hidden while keeping the payment non-refundable though I hope I was wrong. I even saw other visitor with a camping car having to park outside the garage because he didn't expect this. 2. The management is not present on the site while the site is lacking the instructions and guidelines severely. I didn't get the impression that the lady who spoke on the phone was friendly either when I called a couple times for questions. You have to kind of "figure out" things your way at the risk of potential additional charge if failure occurs. 😂 Especially as for the trash bin, it is the gigantic metal container style located near the entrance with the doors in the front which is supposedly the "additional parking" though there is no sign whatsoever, and you are supposed to take the trash out before leaving. 3. The Google map will guide you to take some private road that will block you somewhere very top whilst the most of the roads are missing clear road signs. Had to call the office for this and reroute back inconveniently and quite dangerously due to the road being very narrow. The management needs to provide more guidance with finding their location on their ads if they wish to avoid or minimize annoying calls. 😂 4. It is a 2-story building with not much soundproofing, if at all. You will hear noises from the upstairs including the footsteps. Be prepared.

Pros: 1. Very nice and ultra large matress 2. Water runs nicely with roomy bathtub 3. Located on the relatively upper part of the mountain so very quiet and peaceful

The front door didn't lock when you were inside and the deadbolt was missing, (we had to prop a chair against the door!) the slider didn't lock, no A/C, microwave handle was busted off and could only pull from the top, tub dripped, shower had hole in the base and the shower door wasn't big enough to close, screen in other slider didn't fit, toilet ran off and on on it's own, entire place was poorly maintained. It was the worst place we have ever stayed and we are pushing 70. Scared to ever go through booking.com again.

I'm a Floridian flat-lander and didn't love the steep winding road to get there. I was glad we were on the lowest road. We visited in August and this is definitely a ski town so traffic was minimal. We had 2 parking spots in the garage. We were able to fit a Chevy Suburban and a Toyota Tacoma side by side, but it was tight. Not all units had 2 spaces so be sure to inquire about parking if you need it. Also the unit was on the 3rd floor up very steep stairs. If that's an issue for you request a ground floor.

We stayed in unit 24. It was right across from the clubhouse which looked beautiful, but we didn't have time to take advantage of it. Plenty of space for my family of 6 adults. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Showers had plenty of pressure and hot water. Towels were soft and absorbent and they even provided robes.

Fraud.

This company is fraudulent, do not come here!! I modified this review, set to to 1/10 because of fraud. The company charged me twice for my stay without reason, and the representative on the phone yelled at me and lied to me. I have to resolve this with the bank, booking.com or potentially court now.

Very dated inside, the furniture was very musty smelling and like smoke. The carpet all throughout was very old and dated with lots of dust as all our allergies were awful in this unit. To top it off, we seen a mouse and then when trying to find where it went we came across a lot of mouse droppings all over the place, every corner of the room, in ever bottom kitchen cabinet, it was very gross. When notified the management did send a worker to set up traps, of which the mouse ate the peanut butter off 2 out of the 4 traps by the next morning. So we left and won’t be back. Also feel the need to deep clean all our belongings 😬

We ended up in a 2-story 3 bathroom 2 bedroom 4bed 2 balcony unit super clean. Diane was super communicative and sent us a text with all the info needed, a binder with much more information with nearby grocery stores and activities to do available in the unit. By far one of our top 3 locations to stay, we would definitely recommend this location and even book again! The pool was beautiful, and the jacuzzi was big, but the average small jacuzzi fit up to 10-12ppl. Sana and gym are also available with stay ( we did not use ). I loved that the kitchen had EVEYTHING available from cuttingboards and knives, plates & bowls to pots and pans. Which seemed like your own home. Full-size fridge available to store food. It's definitely a family-friendly location. you're able to cook meals larger dining table. I have not one bad thing to say about our experience 🤗 if it's available for your stay, definitely don't think twice about it.

The only issue is when I planned the trip with my family I scouted the snow report and saw no snow in the forecast and wasnt aware how high up on the mountain the location is, so instead of bringing my suv i brought the minivan so the kids could enjoy the travel experience more. Long story short this location I will always bring the suv regardless of the forecast cause this location is so high on the mountain the roads are best with an SUV. In my opinion this warning should come with the property booking so people are well aware before traveling.

The location was by far the best ive stayed at in mammoth and ive stayed at almost every ski in ski out
