    Not one thing I didn't like.

    Loved being able to walk over to Busch Stadium. Great food and drinks at hotel! Great place to stay when visiting hotel!

    It was just one thing after another, we got there and only one elevator was working and it was a really busy weekend. We got into our room and went to put our things away the cabinet door fell off the hinges they said that just happens. We requested a crib on our reservation and we didn’t have one, when we asked the staff was extremely short and hateful (as they were the whole time). The air vent in the room had a huge layer of dust on it it looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned, and we were told parking was $30 and it ended up being $42 which isn’t a big deal I just wish we were informed.

    The sheets on one bed

    We loved everything about the Westin. The only thing was our sheets were ripped on one bed and not made as nice as the other bed.

    Booked around 4 months in advance and when they finally let us check in after 4 said we don’t have any double queen rooms. I booked 4 months in advance so they claim they upgraded us lol. Jr suit 1 bed and a couch bed for 4 people what a joke. Room was hot and couldn’t adjust thermostat to cool it down. music blasting outside until the wee hours of the night.

    I had a horrible experience they charged my card twice and seemed as if it was not at all important or a big deal to them that my trip was ruined due to a mistake they made they did not accommodate me in any way whatsoever.

    Unprepared and rooms were not ready. Had to change for my event in the lobby bathroom and leave all luggage in the car. Checked in at 2:00pm and room was not ready until 6:00pm. Staff were not accommodating to the people who waited hours in line to check in. I tried calling the front desk while my husband waited in line and no one would answer the phone. Major inconvenience and will never stay here for an event at any time.

    We contacted the property for a 3:00 pm check in. We arrived at 2:45. Stood in line for over an hour. Then was told we may have a room and we will call you. I paid $317 up front to maybe get a room. We missed our dinner reservations because of having to wait. I started noticing that ppl getting loud were getting rooms. I brought my disabled niece to see Metallica. It was close to 5 and the show starts at 6. I finally went up and begged to please get a room. We have drove for 4.5 hrs. We booked this 2.5 months in advance. We have missed dinner reservations!!! and this is unbelievable. My niece has special needs and has sit in the foyer for 2 hrs now. We finally got a room. This was the worst experience for a hotel ever. We were never told anything, just given drink vouchers. We do not drink. Never again will i spend a moment inside a Westin Hotel.

    Location was great. Valet parking was fantastic. Room was spacious and comfortable.

    No complaints.

    Fast check-in, close to everything we were doing, comfortable bed, nice roomy bathroom. Great customer service provided by all the staff.

    It's location to the ballpark, how clean everything was. The staff was very helpful and so friendly and the young men that retrieved our car for us we totally appreciated.

    Our $400 room had dirty floors, empty body wash in the shower, black stains in the bathtub and to top everything off the hotel charged my card AGAIN for that nasty room! I called but the manager was not there. I have to call back again today. Our first time staying there and it was a nightmare. Was supposed to be able to check in at 3pm, we were not allowed to check in until 4:30, which threw off our whole schedule. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

    The vent above the shower needed to be cleaned, the dust was falling in the shower.

    The room and bathroom gave you plenty of room and I had a great view of the stadium. The hotel staff is amazing and the restaurant has great food.

    We had a schedule to be somewhere at a certain time. Check in was 3 pm. At 4pm we checked in and was then told that there weren't rooms available. Later I asked to just be refunded $820 for 2 rooms and we would leave since they didn't know when they would be available. We would have missed our dinner waiting. Still to this day I am fighting for a return after the manager sent me a receipt for checkout and refund. It had to be turned into my credit card to be disputed. I have talked to numbering people at Booking.com and the Hotel and nobody has been helpful. They have both pointed fingers at the other company. They over booked and didn't have rooms....PERIOD.
