Our room was hot and there's no temp control or A/C in the rooms. We couldn't figure out how to open a window. It was so hot that it kept 2 of the 4 of us up quite a bit in the night. There was a fan which definitely helped.

We liked everything else about our stay. We got a studio which was a surprisingly well equipped and very clean little kitchen. There's a free little cabriolet ride that brings you to a really cute area with restaurants and shops and where you can catch the big cabriolet ride to the top of the mountain (we didn't do it because it didn't seem worth $30 each). The beds were comfortable, the pool and hot tub were great! There's a nice big heated room off the pool area to dry off in so you don't have to freeze while you dry off. Also, some of our group forgot their chargers and there were 3 wireless charging stations in the room and one outlet with 2 USB ports... Very convenient!

We loved it.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It was a comfortable experience both times. The rooms are spacious, clean, and had everything we needed! The front desk people were ALL kind and friendly with our golden. They gave a special bag for her!

Room was run down. Stove set off smoke detector when I turned it on, so I couldn’t use it. staff never came to fix. Toaster was broken, I did get a replacement for that. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Elevators were super slow. It was very loud, high school group yelling. Hot tub area was a mess. Restaurant was out of everything. No bellman / offer to help with luggage. When it snowed people got snowed in and they only had one shovel which got lost. Luckily I had a small one in my car. The last day we were there a guy was working to plow the lot and offered to help with the car but instead plowed me back in after all the work I had done to shovel it out.

Location is great! Staff were amenable to changes to our stay. They were OK with pets.

Paid almost $400 for one night and there was no parking, the hotel is super outdated, clean and comfortable beds but for $400 for one night I expected a nice updated and beautiful hotel and it was more of a stay here cause it’s the only thing available type of place.

I walked into a very uncomfortable situation with a co-worker situation ~ I felt ignored at first because of their issues with one another but they quickly made up for it !! The room could have been cleaner... there was a full trash can in living room and tub was dirty - please have cleaners focus on user areas of shelf's in showers. I took a bath and looked up and quickly jumped out... it looked like blood or something splattered up under the lil shelf. It ruined the bath for sure - LoL and it made me question the cleanliness of entire room.

We loved the comfort and view from the room!! It was so nice being so close to the slopes, coca-cola bear tubing hill and having a bar and restaurant located inside the premises. Truly lovely not having to get into vehicle for a couple of days~

Honestly everything was good at the Vintage hotel. Literally 20 steps away from the front door was the cabriolet to take you directly to the fun. So no complaints.

The Vintage hotel is very clean and staff was always there to help you whenever you needed something or just had a question.

There was construction right next to the hotel. The hotel was almost empty when we arrived, yet the clerk gave us a room right over the entrance and facing the construction.

Staff was friendly, but gave us a noisy room.
