Lack of cleanliness throughout. Starting with the bathroom, toothpaste splaters and smears, long globs of hair on the shower wall and slimmy floor. Remodeled shower didn't drain and almost overflowed. We stayed out while drain was fixed and then they left muddy foot tracks on the tile when they left. I called to have that cleaned up and staff made me feel bad. Unclean surfaces, doors and switches, of which they said they'd clean when they cleaned the foot tracks, but didn't, I had to. Outdoor patio light electic issue, when I turned it off it would turn back on by itself. Most of all, it was disapointing that not a soul offered to make things right with an appology. They acted like it was business as usual. I do understand there are hundreds of people on their grounds and sympathized for them. I'm sorry I had to request so many things. I was just trying to vacation and felt like I was managing their issues and penalized for it by asking them to make right what we should have walked into in the first place. It should have been a relaxing getaway, and we didn't get that. I loved coming here with my boys for a mini vaca, decompress from our stressors, have fun, hit reset and enjoy somewhere that is close to home. I felt let down for the money and time I spent managing issues and I lost preciouse time with my kids through all of this all this. I guess I should have requested a discount or refund, but I'm not that person. It would have been nice if anyone would have made the effort to offer some sort of kindness for all the issues we had.

Newly remodeled unit, kids and I love the mini golf course on site, outdoor & outdoor pool (need cleaned every couple hours), comfy beds and pillows! Amenities of home, close to everything Branson and kid friendly!

The location was great we loved where we stayed because we could see the river. Everything was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Main pool was down when we checked in- no notices or messages were provided about this issue prior to checking in. It was repaired and open 2 days after we checked in!

The only major issue we had was water standing in the shower. It would fill up while taking a shower and took a while to drain, so 2 people couldn't shower back to back. We noticed water standing in the bottom of the dishwasher as well. Apparently, they have drainage issues. Another thing, the outdoor porch has a ceiling fan with a light and for some reason, it kept coming on by itself. It was a bit annoying in the middle of the night. I would get up and go turn it off and sometimes I would no longer get back in bed and it would come on again. Sometimes it would go off by itself, briefly, then might come back on. Sometimes it was just the light, just the fan, or both. Very strange! I was beginning to think we had a ghost. 😱 All in all though, for the money, it was perfect for us. Just a few quirks, but we managed.

The suite was spacious and quiet. Out away from the main hustle and bustle but close enough to everything, making it easy to get to.

Room was too small, especially for price. Outdoor pool broken, indoor pool cold and crowded. Could not get into exercise room.

Screened in porch. Bed was comfortable, ammenities in room were good. Staff was great, friendly and helpful.

That I paid for it on Hotels.com then got charged on 2 separate credit cards. It took 10 days to get the money credited back. It was almost $2000.00 that was tied up.

The location of our condo was a long ways from the clubhouse. The clubhouse itself and the outdoor facilities were a bit rundown.

There were no elevator we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs the room next to ours there was no entrance from our room we would have had to go down 3 flights of stairs and then up 3 different flights of stairs to enter their room. We were not told this at check in.

-The jets in the tub were dirty. -It was confusing finding the hotel due to apartments of the same name being directly in front of them.

There was a candy wrapper in the living room floor and the kitchen counters didn't look like they had been wiped clean.

We loved the layout of the place. Our view was just more condo's. But nice looking condo's. It was nice and quiet. We definitely were not disappointed.

Rooms needed updated. Resort is going through renovation. Our room had not been updated yet. The bathroom was in poor condition. Indoor pool was closed during our stay for repair, but opened up the day before we left.

The staff was very nice. The location was great. Just out of the way enough to get out of the hustle and bustle, but close to everything we wanted to do. 2 BR Suite was very large. The kitchen was clean with everything we needed for cooking.
