Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe window pane outside on the balacony had mildew all over. It rained pretty hard for a while on Saturday evening and the walk ways flooded. There was someone sweeping the water off. The elevator wasn't too pleasant, at one time it smelled like raid and later it smelled refreshing. Everyone were talking about the roaches. Most seen at least one in their room. The hotel needs a burn down and rebuild. Even though you can cookout there, it isn't good with all the roaches there and no direct kitchen area.
The location of the hotel was great. Wasn't too far from every and anything. The hotel lets you cookout on its property. Good fellowship.

United StatesSheets were ok the comforter was dirty. A few of the towels were dirty. Gnats in the windows and flying around the room. And there was no hot water most of the time. No tv remote. No coffee for coffee maker. No telephone in room. The little sink next to microwave did not have water I didn’t complain. Because I finally made it to the beach. I was so stressed out and began to feel better listening to the ocean.

Beautiful ocean view from private balcony. That said, undergoing rehab, what needed to be clean was. Elevator worked, new bedding, new curtains and shower curtains, New deck furniture. The management is doing it's best to get the motel in shape.
