Everything, it was too many bugs, the cleaner made me make my own bed up. Room never got cleaned till AFTER my stay . I stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days.

The window pane outside on the balacony had mildew all over. It rained pretty hard for a while on Saturday evening and the walk ways flooded. There was someone sweeping the water off. The elevator wasn't too pleasant, at one time it smelled like raid and later it smelled refreshing. Everyone were talking about the roaches. Most seen at least one in their room. The hotel needs a burn down and rebuild. Even though you can cookout there, it isn't good with all the roaches there and no direct kitchen area.

The location of the hotel was great. Wasn't too far from every and anything. The hotel lets you cookout on its property. Good fellowship.

It is rundown. The gnats or fruit flies are annoying. I didn’t take any photos. The price was high for this time of year. Maybe because spur of the moment for a Friday and Saturday night. I usually plan on like Monday through Thursday.

Dead gnats all over table and dresser upon arrival, killed a roach in our room, bathroom light bulb was out so we moved a lamp in there, freezer not cold enough.

Sheets were ok the comforter was dirty. A few of the towels were dirty. Gnats in the windows and flying around the room. And there was no hot water most of the time. No tv remote. No coffee for coffee maker. No telephone in room. The little sink next to microwave did not have water I didn’t complain. Because I finally made it to the beach. I was so stressed out and began to feel better listening to the ocean.

Room was nice and clean, no smells and it had fresh paint. Bed and towels were clean and nice. Tv was not the best. The rest of everything needed cleaned did not see any work on property for three day.

Rugs in room need to be replaced. Bathroom needs to be updated and area going out to pool is just horrible and dirty

Door cards occasionally did not work, no phone in room. No chains on doors. Wifi was spotty.

Beautiful ocean view from private balcony. That said, undergoing rehab, what needed to be clean was. Elevator worked, new bedding, new curtains and shower curtains, New deck furniture. The management is doing it's best to get the motel in shape.

The hotel needs to be updated or needs work. The door to balcony looked really bad. The fride looks really bad on the outside(rusted).

I liked the balcony room view. The friendly staff on duty & the housekeeper. Plenty of ice in ice machine. Swimming pool on property.

The place is pretty much rundown. Probably never been renovated and only randomly cleaned.

The location was perfect and the staff was friendly. Also good price for one night.

It needs so much work. I worried about it structurally with so much rust and damage on the outside. The furniture was old and chewed up needing replacement. The carpet was not clean and the cleaning crew had not dusted off lamp shades for years! I hope someone loves it enough to renovate it soon!

It’s very nostalgic and brought back so many memories of past beach trips. The location is prime and the size of the inn is perfect. The people were wonderful and the pool was nice and clean. Great access to the beach.

All of the hotel is in major disrepair. The rooms need new carpet. painting, major deep cleaning, new fixtures and doors. The door to the room was really hard to use, since the door lock was very rusty.. The room we stayed in had 2 double beds, a microwave and refrigerator. Some rooms had coffee maker; ours did not, but we did get coffee from the lobby.

LOCATION - view of beach - all rooms have balcony oceanfront. After seeing the room rundown and rusty, I expressed my disappointment. The manaer offered to refund money so we could look for a room elsewhere. There was no way would pack up and move to another hotel...but, I appreciate the nice attitude of the staff. The price was awesome for a beach front room .3 nights was about $210. The beds were adaquately comfortable. Refreshing pool.

The room was in need of some updating. The fridge was old and I was scared to even touch it. The cabinets in kitchen were off the hinges and hanging open. Chairs at table were dirty and had cigarette holes. Furniture was in need of painting. Toilet would not flush. Room was simply old and dated. I knew with what I paid it would not be luxurious but I expected at least decent accommodations. Office was nice but once you got in the hall for the elevators, you could see how old and in need of repairs this hotel was.

The pool was clean. The view from the balcony was great. Location was great.

Very dirty and run down. Housekeeping harassed us daily even with a do not disturb sign

The balcony and the view definitely saved this placed. And the night lady Stephaine. The price was right, just wish we woulda got the room we actually booked. People upstairs from us were really loud a few nights. Definitely not clean. Pretty sure they don’t own a vacuum or any dusting supplies. We had a do not disturb sign on our door the whole time and every morning they would knock anyway for housekeeping.
