Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The property was exceptionally clean! The room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and easy to use shower. Location was great for us, near lots of shops and cafes. Easy to find and parking was a great plus - safe and secure. We were sad to leave after only one night as we enjoyed our stay so much! The breakfast was delicious as well!

Everything was beautiful and exceptional! The modern vibe of the interior design, and the high tech interfaces for check-in, coffee, and the vending machine were awesome! The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. The bed was so comfy and the air conditioning was too.

United StatesPrior to arrival, I was annoyed by the excessive number of text messages received, especially when they included a link to an online portal requiring credit card submission. Despite verifying with the hotel, the mandatory online check-in process added unnecessary anxiety, and I wish they offered a more relaxed approach for guests who prefer to complete registration upon arrival.
Nestled in the neighborhood of West Downtown L.A., this hotel may be situated in a dingy and sketchy area, but I surprisingly felt safe throughout my stay. Despite the neighborhood's atmosphere, the hotel itself showcased a cool, modern vibe one would associate with a boutique hotel, although the lobby and elevator's heavy use of air freshener was a bit overkill.

Nice location on a quiet road. Not many people walking around but it wasn’t scary at all. Love their gated parking area! They also have EV charging stations. Coffee, tea, and baked goods available in the lobby. Friendly staffs too! Close to Downtown LA, but might have to drive a bit to touristy area. Bed was comfortable and shower was nice! Definitely recommend for first time visitors to LA!

United StatesBreakfast (fresh but single pre-packaged pastry plus coffee machine) seemed stingy; come'on, second pastry ... juice ... something. Minimalist bathroom was cool from a design standpoint but lack of surface space for toiletries, etc. was challenging. Room was a bit dark and the hotel very spartan overall. The location is comparatively remote with few restaurants or other amenities nearby; there are convenience stores within walking distance but being it's downtown LA, the environment can change dramatically within a block or two.
Convenient location for my purposes. Modern, Brutalist design may not appeal to all; this is pure "form meets function." VERY clean (it's new) and reasonably comfortable given the industrial approach. BRIGHT bathroom with well-designed shower.
