There was a really bad smell like marijuana coming from rooms near us that kept us up. They should not allow people to smoke pot or any other substance.

Sound proofing in the room was not great, had some sleep interuptions with our neighbors arriving in the middle of the night and the hotel music is audible in the room. Also, it was dusty, both my partner and I has some allergies while in the room.

The renovation is really cute. It was nice to have a place for our friends to come and visit in the communal spaces. Our dog was very comfortable there and we were not charged outrageous 'pet fees'. Most pet parents at the facility were very responsible.

First of all, the announcement is a trap. It says that breakfast is included, nonetheless you only get a 15 dollars/voucher for a “a la Carte” service on which everything costs more than 15 dollars. It’s not only a trap, it’s malicious. Even the restaurant servants complained about this wrong publication. The rooms are weary, a bit smelly, noisy, mine didn’t have the lights working, so we had to move from rooms.

The only good about the property is the city it is located.

$15 parking fee to park in the parking lot at was once a motel seems a little over the top.

Rooms were kitschy and fun. Compact and efficient. Restaurant in the hotel was very good - great service and food, nice atmosphere. Front desk staff was helpful.

Shower has no door, which looks nice, but makes for a big mess in the bathroom and water spills out everywhere. Bar service was a little slow. There was plenty of employees, but only one person was attending the restaurant and making drinks, it was a Sunday so the place wasn't busy or anything and was no rush on my part, but prefer not to stand there for 20mins waiting for a drink. Pool had a giant wad of hair floating around, there had been a lot of people down there the previous day so understandably it gets dirty, but thought maybe it could have been cleaned up that morning before others come down to use it.

This hotel was so nice and quaint, i love that it gave the old school vibe of a roadside motel, but much nicer and had all the hotel amenities. There is an onsite restaurant and bar (which we only ate at one of the days during our stay) but the breakfast was good and having the bar there made it nice to take drinks over to the pool to relax and enjoy. It was our first time in the Santa Barbara area, so a staff member recommended an upscale sushi place in downtown called Oku. It was amazing! The staff was always friendly and ready to help, rooms are clean, bed was very comfortable. The location makes it easy to go into downtown SB since its only about 15 mins away or less. They offer complementary coffee in the lobby in the morning, you can purchase snacks and drinks there as well. I would defiantly recommend staying here you get a good value for your money and i would love to come back!

For $364 a night I expect more from a stay. There was no hot tub, the room was small, and it wasn’t in Santa Barbara proper. I felt like I was paying for the cute style of it. It felt less nice than other Hilton’s I’ve stayed at but it costs almost double.

The room was clean and it was nice inside. Staff was friendly.

The room i got the toilet wouldn't flush after telling reception two hours later was still not working. To be fair when i asked they changed the room. Too many dogs in the hotel. Not enough sunbeds at the pool The pool area was overcrowded not my idea of a relaxing couple of days Won't be back.

We could easily hear people outside your rooms, this wasn’t a deal breaker but it could be to someone else.

The vibes and aesthetic were so high! Walking in I felt part of a movie😅 The room was boujee and my girlfriend loved the decorations. The staff were all super friendly, especially Martin the bartender in the lobby bar. We had good drinks and a genuine conversation with him. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you all!
