Bathroom was a little rough but you can tell they are working on it and making upgrades. The water pressure was fantastic

The bathroom had no counter space to store bathroom items. Shower clogged. The furniture in the room was in bad shape areplacing. replacing. Requested more towels, but had to ask again the next day.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, with a large TV, microwave, fridge, several usb ports, good lights, large window. Plenty of plastic drinking glasses. Plenty of storage. Location was good for my needs. Bathroom included small shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soaps. Plenty of towels. Comfortable bed and bedding.

This place is now our favorite when we go tho jackson, it was queit and they are very friendly and helpful 😀 we will be staying there again!!

They are in the process of upgrading the motel and we can't wait to see it when it's done.

We enjoyed the Deluxe Bungalow during our stay over Thanksgiving. The room was warm and cozy. We were able to have a complete dinner in the room as it has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room table. We also enjoyed the fireplace and deck. The new owners and staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were a little slow on responding to request, but always came through. I highly recommend this establishment.

The place was not very clean rug need vacuum a dirt on the rug corners weren't done shower did not look like it was clean

I like the location I like the fact it's down and back from the traffic. They need better housekeeping the place was dirty but other than that it was nice new owner was very hospitable.

Not the best insulation between rooms. We were downstairs, and could definitely hear loud talking, footsteps, et cetera from people in the room above.

Parking was unsuffient because I had two Handicap individuals. The owner wife parked her vehicle in the " Handicap parking space.""

I was disappointed that the owner said, " Next time for better rate, call the Jackson Lodge directly."

Getting in and out is a little tricky as its on a busy highway and a steep descent into the property. It’s a older hotel and the electronics are dated (tv, phone and outlets)

I stayed in what they call a corner room (even though it was in the middle of the building) it was very large and had vaulted ceiling with wooden beams, directly across from the pool. It was clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Lack of plugs. A room for 4 people and only 1 available plug. Nothing at all near desk which is where you really need them. Had to unplug lamp in order to plug in two things which needed charging. Not enough for a room which could accommodate 4 (or more with extra bed.) Bathroom fixtures old and falling apart.

Very spacious and exactly as pictured. Quite clean and adequate linens. Nice to have view on backside rather than parking lot as is usual.

The property has lots of potential. With a bit of imagination it could be a much charming place where you want to spend more time than just overnight stay

It's an old hotel that needs updates. The smell in the room is pretty musty and I think they try to damper it with perfume maybe? Other than the smell of the room, it was ok for just a place to sleep, and not nearly as expensive as the hotels in the area

TV was very small & picture grainey. Toilet seat very small and low, no extra toilet paper in bathroom.

Bed was comfortable but the blankets were kind of light. There was an issue with the bathroom sink - looked like it backed up at some point after the room was cleaned. They cleaned it but it backed up again and was dirty in the morning when I woke up.

Easy to find and park. Helpful friendly staff. Price was right.

There's nothing we didn't like. We'll be back again. Some people may not like the worn furniture, But the cleanliness and the fair rate made up for it.

Room Was quite large, very quiet and the view of the deciduous trees was beautiful. We appreciated microwave, refrigerator, good working room heater and the shower was terrific-hot water and hi pressure readily available. The location is very quiet with no road noise. Staff was very helpful.

It has barely any furniture, the duvet was stained with what we think was blood. The reservation said it would be a king bed but we got a queen bed. The rooms would benefit from a refresh and makes you want to spend the least amount of time in the room

Not a big issue but I believe the owner or a manager handled our check-in, at 8 or 9 pm on a weeknight, and he was not cheerful or welcoming, and didn't speak in full sentences. He did say thank you. The next morning I asked him about the many solar panels on the roof and his response included that PG&E wasn't going to pay enough for excess electricity he generates. I think he simply isn't aware that he can sound negative or that guests would appreciate a more positive or welcoming tone.

Stayed 1 night in a room with 2 queen beds. Big room. Beds fine. Pillows were thin but could be stacked. All windows were open for airing out the room even though we arrived at night, which we appreciated. The windows were modern double-pane glass so the room heated up nicely. This motel was one of a very few available around Jackson i.e. on that side of Highway 88. The motel is down a hill from the main road and we did not hear traffic sounds at all.

The air conditioner was loud. Beds were a little hard. Coffee was not good at all.

The pool was very clean. Reception staff was very helpful. Rooms were ready early.
