The bed was comfortable. The place was a little dated. The tub wasn’t draining very well so I pulled the stopper out to find a gob of hair was the problem. I didn’t remove it of course, but it was gross. The front desk staff most of the time was standoffish, not too helpful with a few things we asked about so I didn’t tell them about the tub issue. The location was perfect for our trip, the breakfast was good with lots of options and the lady taking care of everything was great!

There could have been less waste since there was lots of individual packaging at breakfast and all the cups in the rooms were disposable. The elevator was a bit slow and had wait time at 9 am. The stairs were accessible as an option.

We liked the comfort, size and cleanliness of the rooms, beds and bedding were all comfortable and very reasonable pet fee. Our rooms did not have a view, but the location was close enough to the beautiful waterfront. When we go back, we will try the cider place and brewpub next door. Staff was friendly and helpful. We thought the English muffins were especially good at breakfast.

Please see previous remarks. The comforter inside the duvet cover had dried jelly on it!! Obviously it hadn’t been exchanged for a clean one. Many people stay in hotels not all of us need handicapped facilities. BUT grab bars are used by all ages and safety for all should be your priority.

The windows and the room was spacious. The trees were lovely. The bathroom was ok BUT grab bar’s absolutely need to be in the bath tub shower! They need to be attached to the back end of the shower area. No one gets into a shower from where the fixtures are located. We turn in the water to correct temperature then climb into the back end of shower.

Probably time to change out the wallpaper in the rooms, it was outdated. Wall by the trashcan had stains on it line something had spilled.

The hotel is located very close to the freeway, so the road noise was a bit more than expected. But the hotel itself was very quiet and secure.

The staff was terrific - very friendly and helpful. Our room was great. It was very spacious and comfortable. The proximity to restaurants and the town of Gig Harbor was excellent.

Main doors lacked a way of o keep open for someone with a walker or wheelchair or the luggage cart.

I was finishing my breakfast and the staff member who cleans the breakfast turned the lights OFF on me at exactly 10am. She left me sitting in the dark to finish the last bites to then start taking the food away. She also overheard me saying I would refill my coffee on the way out and the first thing she took away was the coffee. The whole thing felt weird and a little passive aggressive for no reason lol. Which was a shame, because the rest of the staff was great!

The staff at the front desk was amazing and super friendly/helpful! The room was big, clean and comfortable :)

The bathroom had quite a few issues, despite seemily updated recently. The tub had a large clump of hair it in, the clip to the shower head was broken and the toilet needed a new stopper as it ran all the time (unless you jiggled the handle after each use).

The staff were all super friendly, helpful, welcoming and gracious. The check in and check out processes were really easy. They were very accommodating to my needs during a short trip to the area.

The big issue that caused a deal of stress was when we discovered that we had been charged TWICE for our room (nearly US$2500 times 2!!!!!). It took some effort to rectify the problem and we are still waiting for a refund for 2 nights from booking.com.

We mostly enjoyed our extended stay but we did have some sad personal issues to deal with. It was nice to come "home" at the end of stressful days and relax in our executive room. O'Looneys Irish pub just 100 yards away was a great place to chill out too!

Felt a little claustrophic having to walk thru the front room to get to the bathroom when there are several people sharing the room.

The continental breakfast was awesome. My kids loved it! The room itself was pretty nice a little tight with people taking all the beds but still nice room for the price.
