We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesAdjoining room had "some" noise. all depends on how respectable the neighbors really are.
Perfect location to downtown. We walked everywhere we needed to go. The room was plent big with a fridge and microwave and 2 queen beds. We did have a little noise problem the first night with the room next to us but the office was quick to jump into looking into it. Lucky for us the people left that morning. The pool was awesome after a day of walking around at the track all day.

I explained that I had called the hotel to confirm that we had a first floor room. when they took us to the first floor room we did have a king size bed but much smaller room and we were paying the same price as the bigger room.

United StatesWIFI connection was not good. The room was smaller than we expected with a lot of furniture. We ended up taking the coffee table and standing it up behind the door so we would have more room. That really helped.
The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The hotel is in an excellent location for walking downtown to restaurants, Shepard Park, etc.

United StatesWith arthritic knees, I personally had a hard time with the stairs as we were on the second floor. I would suggest that anyone in the same condition should make sure your booking request includes a cottage or first floor unit.
Room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have both a queen and king- sized bed. Housekeeping cleaned daily and replaced towels. Separate towels for the pool were provided. at the office daily. Coffee was also available all day.

United StatesThere was no water pressure when showering, it was just awful. Took forever to get shampoo/conditioner out of hair. Also, there could be hooks to hang towels and/or clothes and the bathroom is too small. Not enough counter space for products.
