Beautifully restored comfortable suite with great decor. Building is in a walkable neighbourhood with lots of cafes &restaurants nearby.

Had a late appointment in Buffalo one evening followed by an early appointment the next day so my wife and I decided to stay in the city and make a night out of it. We booked sort of last minute and even though we'd never heard of this place before we were pleasantly surprised. The property is pretty unimposing from the outside, but we loved the ease of parking and self check-in. It was great to use the codes and not have to wait in line or fill out paperwork to check-in. We could go right to our room which was the Kennedy suite. Very spacious and comfortable, with a bed and ample sitting area. The bed was very comfortable and roomy. The huge tub was the show stopper though. I took a long bubble bath and could've stayed in there all night! I hardly wanted to go out for dinner, the place was so cozy. The room was also much quieter than expected even though it's in a relatively well traveled part of town. If we stay up in Buffalo again we will certainly check availability here first.

WhatApp with access details sent a few hours before check-in and didn't receive them - maybe sending them the night before should be considered.

The Edward Buffalo is in a great location and very unique. The room was extra clean and the interior design, decor and bath were excellent. It’s a very inviting hotel and I love the self check-in concept.

Overall it was a good experience, the wifi was a bit of a bother, but for a relaxing night this is a great little hotel. There is a good taco place right across Delaware too with a good beer selection. We had a nice night then went off to AKG in the morning. It was a very quiet hotel too, so that was excellent.

There was nothing to dislike. Only issue I had was locating the Hotel as I did not see any sign with the Hotel name on the building, but it could be my oversight if there was one, since I checked in late and it was raining.

The location was good, quite neighbourhood. I booked into this hotel because of the ratings as to how clean it was, that was an important criteria. Was there for one night. Erin from the hotel was in touch with me via text, provided all the information I needed to enter the Hotel as I did not know what time I would check in. The room also had information of restaurants within walking distance and that was helpful as we checked in late.

Sound traveled easily throughout the hotel... we could hear other guests on the stairs and the neighboring televisions through the walls. The parking situation is tight, and there are not enough spaces for the amount of rooms. Sign is only on the door of the side street.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and everything is very clean and tidy. The hybrid check in system worked well, and Erin was super responsive to any questions we had. The location is close to Deleware Park and the Elmwood Village.

I'm the Puritan room there were blinds on the smaller windows however at the head of the bed the huge glass block window has absolutely no blind coverage and to boot there is a blinding light coming through from the stree

There was absolutely no staff. Entry is by code and you can telephone someone, who did answer. All self service. There was NO elevator and having to hoist my luggage up the stairs was a chore. For elderly or disabled persons this would have been impossible.

The room and the bathroom with tub was gorgeous and very comfortable.
