We loved the size of the room but it was extremely dirty. The remote to tv was messed up and jumping channels and toilet shot out water evertime it was flushed. The whole building was filthy. The pool is advertised as indoor but they close it for the season??? This wasnt advertised anywhere i saw it. I picked this place because of the indoor pool. It was very dirty being the worst part altogether. Empty vending machines. The whole place needs major facelift. Also no coffee in the lobby which is huge! The only thing i liked about this place was its location. I had 3 shampoos and no conditioner which i forgot to bring my personal and they had only shampoo and soap. No conditioner or lotion.

The hotel still has alot of updating, remodeling, and cleaning to do. The pool is extremely tiny. It was really cool that it was up on the 8th floor and in a glass sunroom with a huge balcony but u wouldn't be able to swim with more than 3 people. The shelf in the shower was broke off which made it feel dingy and gross. There's only 1 elevator which is slower than molasses. The price is a bit high for the condition of the place.

It was right on the beach, we had our own private balcony. The room was big and had modern decorations and really nice modern features like a huge touchscreen mirror in the bathroom, a brand new desk light and phone. The bedroom with the 2 full beds was a nice size.

The room was the bare necessities, the size of it was nice, but we had a king size bed, with only three standard sized pillows, and every pillow was sad, if you folded two in half, you might have one pillow, the bed was made backwards (sheet on top, blanket in between). We didn’t realize they had a pool, thank goodness, because it appeared unusable, no water moving and a very large chemical smell. The room did it’s job.

I feel like the room should have been cleaner. There were hair balls on the floor and there was even a hair scrunchy behind the microwave.

The view was the best part. The room wasn't cleaned like it should be. The room smelled like marijuana because of someone smoking down below. Parking wasn't great so we walked everywhere we went. If I had to stay in my room I would have been miserable. Thankfully we were in the boardwalk/beach most of the time.

The parking was too small of an area tight to fit. The living room had a little mold and mildew on the ceiling.

The room was absolutely filty and smelled like cigarettes. I ready the previous reviews, so I came prepared with my own cleaning supplies, sheets/blankets, covers for the sofa and chair, towels, and wash clothes. I am so thankful we did. The pool was closed, and no one made us aware. Someone else staying there informed us we could use the pool at the hotel next door. At check-in, the receptionist stressed non-smoking in rooms or on balcony- but there was a constant smell of weed in the hall and on balcony. I myself could care less, but having an autistic child, this was a bit of a struggle.

Great location. Ocean view. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. In walking distance to the fishing pier. Next door to the park with nightly shows. Check-in lady was kind and helpful. We were able to check in at 3:30 and park in the lot until check in.

Cleanliness of the furniture. Sofa and Sofa bed, both had lot of debris under the sitting cushions. Water and Elevator was down for couple hours on the 2nd day of our stay. It was inconvenience.

View and Location is Great! , it's only 3 blocks from the Pier. Rooms needs some Renovation, otherwise Room size are excellent.

The parking was crazy, tiny spots for all those cars, not to mention our room was still kinda dirty, there was sand all through the beds and well let's just say that I had to ask a maid for a broom and dustpan because they didn't even clean or fill my towels back up.

The fact that it was right there on the boardwalk near the ocean was amazing. Great views.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel from [check-in date] to [check-out date]. My experience was far below the standards expected, and I am requesting a full refund due to the following issues: 1. Mold in the Room: Upon arrival, I was placed in a room that had a significant presence of black mold. The front desk’s initial response to this health hazard was to use a chemical cleaner, which I found preposterous. I had to insist on being moved to another room, as staying in a mold-infested room was unacceptable and unsafe. 2. Water Supply Issue: On the morning of my checkout, I attempted to take a shower but found that the water was off. I received no prior notice about this interruption, which caused significant inconvenience. 3. Elevator Malfunction: I was staying on the eighth floor, and the elevator was not working during my stay. This was particularly concerning as I am pregnant with twins and have been advised by my doctor to avoid excessive physical activity due to a high-risk pregnancy condition (subchorionic hematoma). Being forced to use the stairs posed a serious risk to my health and the safety of my pregnancy. The combination of these issues made my stay extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I have never experienced such poor service and conditions at any hotel. I am requesting a full refund for my stay due to these unacceptable circumstances. Additionally, I am seeking legal advice regarding this matter, as I believe the conditions I faced may have violated health and safety regulations.

Only A.C was in living room area, parking was a bit tight. Took 2 days to get fresh towels although laundry gentlemen even brought extras to our room. Shower did leak excessively on bathroom floor. Beds were not very thick or comfy but served purpose.

Price was reasonable, Great location, indoor pool, and ocean front view. Free parking, was able to park there before check in time.

Mold n room, mold n pull out bed, no sheets or blanket for pull out bed. Water n parking garage, had to walk n water to get to car. Very disappointed in this room for the money that was spent and a grandchild had to stay in a room with black mold on the wall that has asthma and also me with breathing issues , Also windows in bedroom leaking water while it was raining

The Parking Space. It was so hard to find parking and we couldn't even leave to go to a restaurant outside of the beach in fear of losing our parking space.

I liked the view and the location. The Room was in a perfect place and I could see a good view of the sunrise.
