The hotel looks good, it is equipped with all listed, in a good location only 5 minutes from the train station. The rooms are comfortable, clean, decently decorated and quite satisfactory for that category. The breakfast is rich, the owners are friendly and flexible about breakfast time.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast very modest and few salty options.

The woman who works at the hotel is very accommodating and very kind, all praise for her and many greetings. A lot of attention is paid to hygiene, the room is cleaned every day. The location of the accommodation is excellent, close to the train and bus stations. Very nice view from the terrace.

The location is excellent, a five minute walk to the centre, the staff were very helpful and allowed us to leave our bags in reception after checkout while we explored Montecatini for the day as our train to Florence was in the evening and the price was reasonable.

The room didn't have a fridge. But this was merely a problem compared to the lack of air conditioning. The room didn't have an air-condition and it was extremely hot inside.Had to take 4 showers in half a day in order to cool down. Just unacceptable for summer in Italy.

The room was quite spacious and it was very clean. In addition, the lady at the reception that manages the hotel was very kind and helpful.

Basic accomodation that exceeded expectations. Exceptional price for a room with a good outlook and balcony. Super clean Location only a couple of minutes walk to train. Easy flat 10 min walk to the main centre and terme. Would be very happy to recommend and would stay there again

The wellcome stuff (the man) was dry-eyed. It was depressing. Fortunately the stuff of the trattoria in the same building cheered us, and the morning stuff compensated for the evening "wellcome" before.

The location and the breakfast was excellent. The stuff (the lady) is very helpfull. The trattoria on the ground floor, next to the hotel is perfect.

Hotel was lacking a few facilities such as air con and drinking water from taps (although it’s not drinkable in the area anyway so not really their fault). They did provide bottled water but told us we had to pay after giving it to us for 2 days already. Host was very nice but English was a bit hard to understand, nothing major though.

Good location - close to station that easily takes you to Florence or Lucca, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Staff were nice, room was nice and good value for money with a fan.

Nothing in particular, the hotel is a bit old fashioned, but it has everything you need. Very good value for money.

The room was simple, yet very comfortable and clean. Conveniently located near the main train station, the hotel is easy to reach and a very good base point to explore the city. Staff very nice and friendly.
