Fantastic location near Dupont Circle. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Breakfast is not included but is available in the building. There are also many other breakfast places within a short walk.

Queen size beds are much smaller - they would be OK for 2 little ones, not for 2 (slim) adults/2 teenagers.

Pleasant location, very helpful staff, big rooms. Complementary coffee/tea in the morning.

Nice hotel in a great location. We had 3 large rooms on 8. floor. No view - but no noise either. Easy access to the city and major sigths. Plenty of restaurants close by. We took a guided walking tour in the area around the hotel - really an extraordinary and impressive neighborhood.

The hotel was within walking distance of the passport office which was why we were in town. Nice restaurants close by however the hotel didn't serve lunch or dinner during our stay. The room was very spacious for a family of 4.

Won't rate the hotel 4star as deco was bit dated. Bathroom door lock wasn't working.

It wasn't explained on check in that I would be charged €60 per night per room (I was paying for 2 rooms) for incidentals. When I realised and asked could I change the charges to a credit card I was told I couldnt. 8 days later and I am still waiting for my $360 back. I have messaged the hotel only to receive an automated response to say the manager is on holiday!!!! I've emailed reservations but 24hrs later still no response.

Lovely comfortable hotel our room was massive.Although a bit of a walk up the hill. Lots of places to eat nearby and the metro only 10 mins walk make sure you come out the correct way. Free tea and coffee in the mornings.

Bathroom lock didn't work. Also, a very minor thing but the flavoured water in the lobby was not that nice.

Only 10 minute walk from dupoint circle metro station (it is uphill though!). Also it is a very nice area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. They gave us water bottles throughout our stay. Room was fully air conditioned which was very necessary in the summer.

The light switch/fan in the bathroom was incredibly noisy. Attention to detail could be improved on - side clock wasn’t working, needed a new battery. Only one toilet roll for a 3 night stay.

Good sized room, clean and comfortable. The staff were nice. Location was ideal, safe environment with fabulous places to eat and dine in.

It was not clean. Especially not on the level you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The window in the bathroom was disgusting. In the first night we got a huge bug in the bathroom and I asked in the morning for a better cleaning in the bathroom, which we got, but nobody apologized for the situation. In general, the personnel is not super friendly. They get things done though.

It is pretty close to the red line subway - 12 min on Google Maps. + The beds are comfortable, you get an iron and a steamer, the bathroom is new and has everything you need and the towels were changed daily.

The maids didn't clean our room and when they did they just put on our dirty sheets again never fresh so that felt dirty ans they never vaccumed when we were there. I also saw that there were toe nail clipping beside the bed in between the bed and bed side table.

I love the front staff they were very friendly and it it was a beautiful hotel.

Only valet parking available. A few upkeep-related things in the bathroom (black mold on shower window, peeling paint).

The front desk staff was very friendly. The beds were clean and comfy. The original room type was overbooked so we got a free upgrade, which h was a pleasant surprise. Free bottled water in rooms, and ice water in the lobby was also a nice touch.

The rooms felt just a bit humid/stuffy.

Very spacious and attractive room, comfortable beds. Blinds allowed room to be very dark, for being in a city, not very noisy at all. They also let us check in very early - around 11 am when we arrived. Pretty hotel in good location for our purposes. Compared to some other hotels in the area very reasonable prices as well. Front desk and valet were very nice and helpful.
