I didn't like the fact it didn't have a showed curtain. It had a regular curtain but not a shower curtain.

I like the fact it was an safe and clean environment. I love the breakfast.

There were some continuously flashing lights on two of the units. Very eerie. The door on my room has to be slammed or it wouldn’t close right. The latch was eroding and possibly about to fail. The door had a small sliver like gap between the door and the frame, and sunlight was visible through the narrow gap. I think this was an atypical door.

I love the location. Very close to Point Richmond and scenery. Also, travelers all seemed to respect each other. the staff were very nice. It included a decent breakfast. Air conditioning was very effective. (Good place during heat waves). The room was very clean and updated. The TV had a CC option. The vibe was good.

It was a handicapped room. Bedside lamp did not work. Made reservation for 3 people but only two sets of towels provided...had to go to office for 3rd.

Noisiest hotel stay of my life. The door to the room doesn't seal all the way around and people were running around yelling and singing literally all night long. The train was less noticable than the other people. Also our room designed for 4 people only had 2 bath towels in it.

The property itself was full of garbage! Rooms were clean enough and staff was decently friendly. However we only had 1 big towel and 2 hand towels in our room for 3. No hand soap just a facial bar. Very minimum amenities so bring your own. The breakfast was mediocre and was pretty much waffles, toast, vanilla yogurt, eggs and sausage. Wasn't great but fine for free. They also kept putting people in rooms next to us around 12-1 am so it was very loud late at night which kept us up.

Rooms were good size and decent for the price.

Rough neighborhood. Never leave anything in car. Nothing! Always people walking about.

Location is excellent. Neighborhood is iffy. Always rough looking. Only place in the area. Second stay due to friend. Much quieter this time. Beds are comfy not too soft. Not to firm. Pillows are squares and a bit odd. Coffee in room. Did not have the breakfast.

Breakfast quality can certainly improve. Even though basics were ok, quality of scrambled eggs wasn't great, nor were there enough good quality fresh fruits (in California ! ?). Also, no assistance from staff was available.

Staff at the reception were exceptionally helpful, special mention must be made of Kareena who provided us with frjuits for dinner when our pizza delivery failed us. she also took care of our luggage when we went on a trip to Yosemite.

We were given a smoking room and my asthma was triggered all night. It was also super loud at night people were making a ton of noise above us and on the sides of us. The rooms are definitely not soundproof. Thankfully there were earplugs as that was the only way I was able to sleep.

The outside looks bad. Definitely needs an upgrade! It looks really ran down from the outside. The loud trains were very unpleasant. Loud guests were also an issue.

The hotel staff were nice. The room was clean & the beds were comfortable. Room had a fridge and a microwave which we're great.
