Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe stairs were not clean carpet dirty. Down stair door entrance was left open by a rock. When the door was shut the key card would not work. TV did not work until after staff came to room. No wash clothes are hand towels in room staff had to bring later after washed.
There was only cereal left. No good for someone with a wheat/flour, milk allergy

United StatesNo staff was available when i checked out one day early. . i wanted to request a refund but no one wa there to talk to. i called and was told that no refund would be issued. WHY?. That is not fair and non acceptable. I stilol say i want my refund. No explanation was given as to my selection of reservation beforehand. I will never use your lodging place and will not recommed it.

United Stateswalk up to the front door, the lock is gone. walk in front door and it’s very dark, plain unwelcoming. windows broken in rooms you could see from outside, curtains in shambles you could see out side, no tv service at all and paid 192.00 for two nights we could not even stay there we left after the first night. charged rate of 25.00 for checking in early and charged $30.00 for checking out late, 5.00 if room key was not returned. that is highway Robert right there. I have stayed in nice super 8’s that were very nice.

United StatesMost of the lights in the hallway on my floor were out. The key cards do not work on the exterior side doors so they just prop them open with a rock. The tvs do not work in most of the rooms, the tv barely worked in my room.
