We enjoyed our stay here because it was far enough from the highway to be nice and quiet, although not the best part of town. The staff was very cordial and friendly!

Our room was on the third floor and the elevators were out of service. This was a little inconvenient, but we were able to make our way around.

The room was clean and nice and close to US 40 which we were traveling on.

Bad part of town. Lots of homeless people everywhere. When I was leaving I was approached by a young man for money. He was sleeping on the property. He was very polite but many are not. We were 2 women traveling alone, so a little on edge about the area.

Easy to find. Very clean inside and out. The young man at the desk couldn’t have been nicer.

A lot of transient people roaming the parking lot. Carpet was very dirty.

The check-in staff was exceptional, very helpful and friendly. The beds were pretty hard but the pillows were good. The pet fee was reasonable. Location was good.

Number 1 concern, lots of homeless type people wandering around day & night in that area. They were also out on the street, sitting on the curb. We were concerned our car would get broke in during the night. Several suspicious people meandering in the parking lot through the night. We parked our car right in front of our room window. There are about 4 other hotels right in this area, they are basically all in a cluster on the same side of the street. So even if you choose other hotel in this cluster, you will probably still have same people all about those parking lots too. Yes, this hotel is difficult to get to. Even following the GPS, you may still make a wrong turn to get to the hotel when you exit the freeway.

The hotel clerk, a man, was very courteous!, friendly!, polite! So the customer service was outstanding! He would have no control over the issue with the homeless people hanging outside the hotel who are scaring the hotel guests away. The hotel was suitable for our needs, which was a 1 night stay. We checked in around 10pm & checked out about 7am the next morning.

Neighborhood felt sketchy. Hotel is between two freeways, and there's no place to walk. Rolls of carpet by the front door (redecorating).

We booked this hotel because we wanted a place on the west part of Phoenix. Having read previous reviews we called and inquired about safety and the reported homeless population in the area. We where reassured it was not an issue. On driving up the homeless wandering about is an issue and we did not feel safe personally or that our vehicle was safe. Most of the hotels in the immediate area are gated. On entering we where not greeted by the receptionist but rather grunted at and made to feel we where interrupting her. She told us to use the side entrance and we moved our vehicle there. There was a sign on the door stating it was an exit only. We arrived at our room and the key card didn’t work. Back to the desk where she informed us you have to pull up on the door knob. That is a first time we have had to do that in the hundreds of hotel rooms we have stayed in and should have been mentioned. The room was ok, basic. The hall carpets where dirty. The breakfast was almost non existent. The coffee was lukewarm. My husband forgot his water bottle and 5 minutes later it was gone. There where cameras in the parking area but they are only as good as the person watching them. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Better lighting in the parking area, for security.

Location was close to the interstate, which was nice. However, it was a very depressed neighborhood with countless homeless people around. Getting around was not easy either, can only make right turns on the streets in that area.
