Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Comfortable and clean rooms! Booked this hotel because it was off the strip but easy walking distance. All the Staff were great and friendly. Beds comfortable and towels were fluffy!

The property was off the strip and relatively quiet but was a short (hot) walk to the Paris and Bellagio Casinos. The price was good value compared to the competition at $73 total… but beware that the initial offer was a lowball teaser of $34 before resort fees and taxes were added. Still a better overall price than Motel 6, with casino amenities and various food options!

United StatesI stay at Ellis Island occasionally, and at this stay I noted a distinct improvement of staff overall, but particularly the front desk. When I approached I noticed a ladies wallet on the counter and gave it to the clerk. He opened it, noted the owner, looked up her check-in info, and phoned her. She was at the pool and came in to retrieve her wallet. All of this in about 4 minutes! Check-in was fast, my requested room was available, and room was very clean. Even the outdoor traffic staff were helpful and polite. There's construction casino-side, and I'll look forward to those results. As always, an easy walk to The Strip.

It’s well located to the a lot of things and especially the strip. It’s not as hectic as the bigger resort hotels so far better value. Appreciated the the free drinks vouchers and complimentary late check out!

The hotel is close to the Strip, but away from the crowd. The room size is good, and it has everything you need during your holiday. Good value for the money.
