Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Hotel well used but well loved. Very clean with helpfull staff and good simple food for breakfast. Toasted bagels, hot waffles syrup etc, fruit juice coffee yoghurt etc

United StatesI booked through Booking.com and by mistake needed to stay one more night and the room got booked for the next night by accident because there wasn't a available room for the night and I didn't stay but still got charged through Booking.com total of about $145, not happy at all never booking a room through Booking.com again!
The hotel 8 accommodation was great they had one last room not a 2 beds like I needed but we made it work to stay one more night since there was a mistake made and Booking.com instead of helping charged me for the next following night which I did not stay for and very unhappy with Booking.com I will never book through them again!

My daughter and I stayed for 5 nights in June. For this price, the hotel is worth it and more. The location next to the Dodgers Stadium is phenomenal, and the area is very safe. Fee parking is next to the hotel. It's easy to visit all the attractions of Los Angeles, which we did. Breakfast is basic. Everything is clean. The staff, from the reception to the breakfast area, was very helpful. The only problem I had was receiving a message that I needed to send the hotel my credit card number because the payment hadn't been made, even though I had paid everything a month in advance. After emailing the hotel and Booking.com, they resolved it within 24 hours. I recommend the hotel because the price and service are more than good

United StatesThe breakfast menu could include more diverse food, I was hoping to see more but didn't. In addition, the ceiling of our first reserved room had a prominent black stain indicating a past significant leak. The rooms also lacked safe locks for putting your important stuff in. Also, there was no drinking water provided in the rooms. I could also smell liconite from the room in the first day we entered. On the first day we entered our room, I also noticed a distinct odor reminiscent of tobacco.
The location was good in a sense of being close to the downtown. The parking was also spacy and the staff were helpful.

We love the fact that it is within walking distance to Dodger stadium. Saves time and money by walking to the field. The parking can be chaotic at the stadium. Breakfast was good. I just wish there were a few more options; cereal, pastries, peanut butter, bacon or sausage.

BrazilUnfortunately, when we arrived, the hotel told us that we had no reservation even though everything was confirmed by booking. The attendant said he couldn't do anything and that I should pay much more for the counter rate. It was a very annoying situation, it had never occurred to me on international trips.
