Nice big and clean room, Aircon quiet. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location very good, short walk to all areas of interest, no need to use tuk tuks 🤗.

Staff doesn t speak English There is a school in front of the hotel, very noisy from 6am There is a mosque as well, 5 times a day for the calling...these things have to be known Room full of mosquitos

We had booked a room with balcony but there was not a balcony. When we asked for it they said they only have rooms without balcony for all of our days of staying and didn't do anything to compensate for this (for us it was important to have a space to chill out). There is not hot water for the shower. Also in the night guests need to inform if they want to come back after midnight otherwise the door is supposed to be locked.

Location is very convenient in the centre of Siem Reap but also in a calm neighbourhood. Free water in the entrance and also free toiletries. The room was very clean.

A big goldfish in a way too small fish Tank with noting in it. Not ok for any animal to live like this.

Such amazing staff, we had loads of issues with transport and having to extend our stay. But the staff made this process so easy and relaxed. The room was fantastic, beautiful view and immaculately clean.

Cheap for a reason, not bad if you just want somewhere to sleep but don’t expect much otherwise. Could be cleaner but for £13 a night what do you expect. Not like the photos. could be a nice little hotel if they spend some money and get some proper cleaners in.

Nothing to not like, try it yourself and enjoy.

The location is truely excellent, far enough from any noise and close enough to walk to anything. I'm very disabled but could still wall to anything I wanted to go to. The staff was VERY accommodating for my physical problems and always made sure all was well for my wife and I. We will for sure be staying again but linger than 3 nights next time.

Very nice room. Had been vacant for long time so a bit of sevage smell. Problem went away when airconditioning was put on and flushed the toilet. Otherwise great place and great location.

It is very difficult to find. I guess this adds to its charm, but since we arrived at 12pm in Siem Reap, it was a bit annoying. Luckily, staff was very kind to wait for us. At 1am, they close the gates they told us, but since we never got out after 10pm this was no bother to us. I guess this makes this place quiet and good, since it does not attract the "party tourists" one might find elsewhere.

The hotel is at the heart of the centre, but very quiet. It looks beautiful, the room is big enough (just the right size), and the view is pretty. One staff member in particular was very helpful in connecting us with a driver to go to Angkor Wat (not a guide, as we didn't want that).

the staff were not welcoming. we had to ask for clean towels. the room wasn’t cleaned once in 6 days, it calls itself a boutique hotel, it’s nothing more than a guesthouse in need of renovating

The water heather not working, the TV is not working, the staff at counter not friendly , rude to customet and shouting when ask question, they also cunning. The swimming pool area dirty and bad odor.

Take in mind that it's a cheap hotel, so don't expect luxury, if you need a place to rest it'll be more than enough.

The room was big, and it was very quiet, especially at night. The staff members were very nice. It's 5 minutes walking from pub street and there are plenty of restaurants in the area.
