The guy at check in was kind of rude. I don't know if it was because I'm a woman or what, but I felt very talked down to. We were able to get late check out but only after some badgering from the front desk guy. Breakfast was AWFUL. It was a couple of loaves of sliced bread out of the package. Nothing else was working, not the coffee machine, waffle maker, juice was out. No fruit or anything even. Just toast and some butter. The beds were not very comfortable and everything seemed a bit run down and not well taken care of.

The location was not far off of the highway. It was pretty cheap. There were gas stations and a couple of restaurants close by if we had needed it. We were able to do a late check out so I could finish a conference call in the morning. They did have free wifi.

This place reeks of cigarette smoke and smells stale. The bathroom sink drains directly on the floor the bedding has cigarette burn holes in it tho the front desk claims there is no smoking in hotel. Also there are roaches in the entertainment center. And there is animal hair everywhere in the floor. Don't stay here unless you have no other choice, we debated sleeping in the car and cutting our loss with the money we spent for this dumpster fire of a hotel. The pictures posted on booking look nothing like the actual rooms. Don't be fooled.

I booked my room and then they didn’t think I was coming so the gave it to someone else and then said well do u want a room and the manager wasn’t trying to make it right and then no one was at front desk for hours worst place to stay I wouldn’t recommend to a homeless man

All we can say , that the owners are very polite and sincere with what s going on in their place of Business ,if you need anything they will provide what you need,vending machines are always filled with snacks ,soda machine are always full of drinks .

The place was disgusting, the pics online are not what it looks like. The whole place smelled of smoke! There were dirty mattresses outside and random/broken furniture in the halls. Not close to the University like booking.com said. It was TRASH!!!

Breakfast would be better and pool was not there because its summer and everybody need it. Weather was awesome we didn't feel hot, i give them full marks for their hospitality. Front desk was very nice and helpful

Location was beautiful and breakfast was normal like cereals , bread and juices. If there were few muffins or omelets, it would be much better. overall it was a nice experience and staff was friendly..

The entrance and the hall had a very bad smell. One of the room was given as a clean room and was not cleaned. The pillows smelled as used pillow. It had been the worst experience in hotel.

Check in is at 2pm we arrived at 9pm. We were put in a non smoking room when we requested smoking, the room smelled of mildew, no clean towels, milk from the guest before was left in fridge, bed wasn't properly folded down so when we looked there was hair from someone else under bedspread. When we complained we had to wait for a housekeeper to clean another room. Keep in mind we are the 5th guest it's almost 10pm by now,why are the rooms not clean already? Well to our surprise once we finally got settled in the room around 1030pmthe housekeeper was cleaning all the rooms around us, we cod still hear the vacuum at midnight. This has to be most unprofessional, we had to be up at 7am but couldn't sleep due to the late night housekeeping in which I've never experienced in my life. And the manager didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, the unean room,and us having to swap rooms. He actually seemed I'll mannered towards us. I'm a manager myself and have never shown customers such unprofessionalism. I understand why the motel was basically empty. We only paid $58 for the room but it wasn't even worth $30. Horrible experience wont ever use this chain of motels again.

it was dirty parking lot was ver badly lit very few lights in the back of the building where most spaces are it’s very dark my wife was uncomfortable walking to the building the staff were very rude the bed was dirty there was half a pack of ciggarrets left in the room of a non smoking unit we never received our security deposit back after checking out less than 2 hours after we arrived we attempted to shower but decided not to because of the state of the tub and dirty bathroom floor we just left and stayed up the road at Hampton inn 100% better place and almost the same price

My wife and I arrived at the hotel at 3am in the morning and had to wake up the front desk lady that was working. The next day we went out and came back to all our stuff gone and packed in the lobby with our door wide open. They argued we had checked out for the night we had already reserved and paid for. When we got that fixed, we headed back to the room with our bags to notice that our house keeper had stolen things out of it. After asking if she’d seen the items she came back up with them stating that they were “accidentally thrown away” even though we were 100% sure they were secured in our bag. THEN she decided to OFFER US WEED because she felt so bad for “throwing our stuff away.” The place was disgusting, there was food and grease in the microwave, stuff all over the walls, the toilet leaked and the seat was broke, the tub had yellow stains with a used bar of soap, and there was marijuana scraps in the nightstand. So DEFINITELY a 0/10. Do not recommend at all. Wish I had taken pictures but we were mainly focused of getting the hell out of there.

Absolutely nothing. DO NOT STAY HERE.
