Carpet in facility is dirty/stained and really needs to be replaced. Washing machine had an out of service notice on it and there was no indication of it being worked on during my 3 night stay. Lots of weeds in the rock beds around the outside of the building. Lighting in the hallways and room should be brighter. Door going to the outside appears to have had a security feature on it requiring a room card to open it but that feature is long gone and anyone could enter the door now. Exhaust vent in the bathroom did not work and the drain in the tub was very slow to drain. I reported the exhaust fan and drain situation to the front desk person at check out time.

The room was clean, breakfast was OK. The room rate was appropriate for this type of facility.

Rooms way too small. No place to put your luggage or hang your clothes. Bathroom vanity very small and room cramped. Guess we expected more because we got charged an extra $15 because they said the room was “bigger”. I’d hate to see the other room.

Lack of hot breakfast which they had when we stayed there last year. Room was a little run down crack in side of tub stains on carpet broken alarm clock and at least two lights were burnt out or not working. The bed was comfortable:)

Bathtub was filthy, hair and scum around the non slip removable pad, I ask house cleaning to take care of it. He said he did. I went back to look later and the scum still present and the hair was moved to another place. We didn't use the bath for the two days we were here. We just washed off with a rag.. One of the rags had harden stained paint on it. So I went down the hall to get extra. My sister and I are allergic to smoke/cigarettes. Someone was smoking outside below us and it traveled up to our air conditioning. It lasted for an hr. If I knew there wasn't any elevator, I wouldn't of stayed here.. had very heavy luggage to carry. My sister has problems going up and down stairs. At the top of the stairs there was a partial chair and stuff stacked onto blocking getting to luggage through to our room with luggage. Crazy thing is it's still there. It really is a hazard in the hallway entryway because you have to walk around it. The window seal crumbling. The ceiling had open wires were the smoke detector is suppose to be.. stained carpet. I took photos of all my complaints. Oh, when we got back to our room today our cards didn't work. I'm throwing my hands up as this experience was terrible.

After our last experience, we inspected the bed linens. The mattress pad looked like it had a pee stain on it and it felt as if it had not been washed. So we got a hold of the lady at the desk and she said she would call the manager. The manager said she was washing one right now and that we could have it. We were told to leave the mattress pad we had in the hall. We did. But we never got a clean pad. I think they came and got our mattress pad and proceeded to wash it. We went to bed at 10 pm and put a 'Do Not Disturb' on our door. We did not want to sit up all night waiting for a clean mattress pad so we made the bed and slept without a pad. Also, the air conditioner temperature gauge did not work. We had to have maintenance fix it. They charged us a refundable fee upon arrival and said that if we did not smoke or destroy the place, we could have it back. But he fee was not part of the original booking. I think that because we got such a good price on the hotel, we were not worth bothering with.

Comfortable beds and good shower. Left shampoo and conditioner and soap for us. No breakfast due to COVID and the clothes washer was broken. But you get what you pay for.

Cleanliness needs improvement. Room smelled strongly of smoke even though it was non smoking. I was told “we don’t have smoking rooms anymore” but clearly the room wasn’t ever thoroughly cleaned. Carpets are icky. No smoke detector either.

Not enough bedding... just a sheet and thin bedspread. So we were a little cold all night despite the heater being set at 77.

1. My service dog I was charged 20.00 cash to have him with me in the room. That is against the law. 2. False advertising for a hot breakfast that comes with the room price. If I knew that we wouldn't have stayed there. All the other hotels in the area had breakfast for their customers. 3. If it wasn't so late but my husband flight got in at midnight. The noise started when we were closing our eyes. Banging and rolling of a object started upstairs above our heads. It went on for most of the night. Didn't sleep well and the reason we stayed there was to get some sleep before we drove home. 😒 The front desk lady was very nice and pleasant 😊. She said she had no control of the charge or breakfast problem. She called her boss and he said no deal.

The room was dirty. There was a towel sitting on the tub folded up but was wet on the bottom. The worker said breakfast starts at 6am but in the room listed on the booklet it states 5am. I checked out at 5:30 so I couldn't even grab something before traveling.
