Just the traffic noise, but it did die down about 9pm, so wasn't a problem.

The bed was comfortable, the room was a decent size. Fairly quiet after the traffic died down. Staff were quite friendly and breakfast was very good. Overall very good stay for a reasonable price.

Location is a tad skeptical. No fault of hotel. This place is safe! However, if your not a big city person or dislike street drug use don't turn after hotel to the right. Sadly, there is great Mexican food 3 blocks away. We had zero issues walking in dark. Staff at hotel ensure no one ventures on to property. We had motorcycles parked out front. Zero issues.

Very well remodeled hotel. Pleasing to eye. Well appointed. Very comfy and clean. I did not partake in breakfast. Plenty of parking. Everything appeared new. Excellent coffee just feet from hotel.

Kinda sketchy area and the bed was a little harder than I find comfortable but hey, after 12hrs in the car a beds a bed lol

things I didn't like: no paper towels for messes available in room, breakfast ended at 9, so I missed it by a few minutes my last day. Also, the tv powered off while watching a football game and by the time we could get it back on, the channel the game was on wasnt showing anything.

The staff was nice, the room was clean, temperature in room was adjustable. Great value and overall I was pleased with our stay.

The soundproofing isn't great, and the location isn't walkable.

This motel exceeded our expectations. The rooms are not big but are updated and comfortable. The self-serve breakfast was surprisingly good, with a great variety of options available. The Wi-Fi is okay. This is a great choice for a transit stay.

A lot of homeless people but they seemed to congregate a few blocks away

Can’t beat the location. Rooms recently remodeled and pretty good free breakfast.

Room smelled a bit like it had been smoked in, in the past. Whatever was used to clean up had a persistent aroma.

Outside access to rooms, convenient quiet location. More variety for breakfast than many hotels. Friendly bar t unobtrusive staff. Nice thick towels, good choice of pillows.

Just little noise from the nearby freeway, otherwise every else was exceptional.

The location is very applicable for business and leisure travellers. I also loved the heated swimming which my girlfriend and I really liked swimming at night.

Could hear neighboring rooms, both next to us and downstairs. Two large drain / man holes in the middle of the parking lot. Make sure to lock up your things in this part of Yakima.

Breakfast was plentiful and self-serve. Room was clean. Pool area was clean, had some floaties for playing with, plenty of towels. Self-serve machines like ice and snacks in a big room. Dog potty area far away from all room doors. Smoke free with accommodations for those that do smoke. Coffee shop nearly in the same parking lot.

I had asked for a main floor room because they didn't have an elevator (I have difficulty with stairs). I didn't get one. It looked well appointed, but I discovered that they didn't have a microwave in the room (I wanted to heat up leftovers for dinner) and the fridge didn't have a freezer ( so I couldn't refreeze my ice packs for my cooler). The K-cup coffee maker worked fine, but was not stocked with actual regular coffee, only decaf and tea. Disappointing as then I had to wait to have my coffee till I had breakfast in the lobby when I checked out. Usually there is a book with helpful information in it, but there was nothing in this room.

Room was clean, comfortable bed, good air/heat, breakfast was good. Nice TV. Great location near the highway.

Easy access from freeway, quiet neighborhood, clean room, comfortable bed, lots of power outlets and USB ports on each side of the bed.

The homeless people people walking around at night although the manager would run anyone off property who wasn't staying at the hotel.

The bed was amazingly comfortable and the room was very clean. The a/c was extremely cold and I felt safe on property even though the area is pretty sketchy at night. You'll be fine if you're looking for something for the night and have a car for getting around during the day. There isn't much of anything to walk to so keep that in mind.

Sadly lots of single use throw away plastic in the rooms, and especially at breakfast. Each bakery item wrapped in cling film in addition to everything else in single portion plastic, plastic cutlery etc. disappointing for what appears to be a newish motel. No recycling evident. 2 bins at breakfast, 1 could be recycling for plastic juice bottles, paper, cartoons etc.

The modern decor was a nice change from the older motel chains. There were more breakfast options than many motels, but still very little for vegans or vegetarians. Very friendly, helpful staff.

The breakfast was a little disappointing. There were no gluten-free options. For those who are truly gluten intolerant, it was a miss.

This is a lovely, renovated hotel. It was very clean and accommodated our dog.
