The towels and wash cloths were stained. There was not a hair dryer in the room. There was a very loud humming noise in the bathroom. We couldn’t figure out where the sound was coming from. The bathtub needed a bit of cleaning and/or work on it.

The location was good. The beds were very comfortable. It was a nice size room.

No breakfast but it was like a new one room studio apartment

It was remodeled and the room was spotless and spacious. Large fridge with ice trays small kitchen sink a toaster coffee maker microwave iron and full size ironing board A new dish drainer and cutting board. Even 2 dish washing towels and 2 matching drying towels.

Chairs in the room were the cheap plastic that wouldn’t hold a larger person. The bed is so tall I have to crawl/climb into it (5’6”). The toilet and shower are in a separate room that is so small you must close the door to use the toilet. Room was a little musty until after I had run the a/c for awhile.

One bed was significantly harder than the other luckily for us my husband and son like a hard bed but that was the only thing that could have been an issue.

The fact that they do not mention the additional $50 deposit in the write up on Booking.com. It was a little frustrating that happened. When I go through Booking.com I want to see all fees up front so there are no surprises. I see this is something the property owners need to make sure is mentioned when they use Booking.com.

Nice room, full size refrigerator. Bed was comfortable and clean. Very convenient to the Highway.

One suggestion since you have invested so much wisely in your property is to complete the bathroom renovation with some additional attention to detail. It's not a problem, but just seemed almost finished compared to everything else in the room totally done. It is worth that little bit more money and energy for the 💯 finishing touches you are so close to achieving :-))) Many Blessings!!

Great job on the modern and chic renovation of the studio with new mattress, all perfectly fresh including sanitized bedding, and bonus kitchenette table and chairs :-)))) The bedroom and kitchen area were very clean!! The T.V. was new and had plenty of stations to relax in such a comfy room.

Management staff wasn’t accommodating about daily cleaning service and my schedule of working night shift 7pm to 7am and would only offer cleaning service from roughly 11am to 4pm. Management came to my door at 3pm banging on the door and yelled “ITS YOUR PROBLEM” “every room every day” when referring to me suggesting a more lenient service schedule. Most places and motel 6 stays are more than fine with weekly stays having a once a week service or at request which I’m fine with and an inspection at their discretion and I’m fine with. I toughened up and got through it but it was an annoying experience.

The staff which owned by Indians. No good customer service and they treat you like you are not human after the fact I just checked out the room waiting on transportation to be picked up they wouldn't let you sit in lobby they will tell you to sit outside regardless the weather conditions.

I do not like the fact that we had to let house keeping in. It felt intrusive and a little awkward when we would be in our room and she would be walking around cleaning.
