The breakfast was not that great. The eggs tasted kinda funny, but we're from the south, so maybe that is why. The Canadian bacon or ham was tough. In less than an hour after opening, one container was empty, and the toaster didn't work.

Perfect location for our travels. It was a nice, clean place to rest our heads.

I didn't like that Booking.com charged me $87.50 MORE than it was supposed to be!!! I talked to someone there and they couldn't work with me. I won't use Booking.com again.

The bathroom is very small. Also, there was a very questionable washcloth left in the bathroom.

The rooms are a nice size and the amenities are great. The staff is always friendly. Bonus is the coffee is great!

Breakfast was kind of a wreck, but the kids still enjoyed it.

It was rustic looking but clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were awesome.

I had to let them know that our room had 1 wash cloth and 3 towels to get the proper need of my family.

The staff didn’t stay up hold with the breakfast we and other customers had to go and tell them what they were out of. That’s something I didn’t like because the hotel staff should always know and replace.

Bathroom seemed to have crumbs along the baseboards. Very noisy in the middle of the night making it hard to sleep.

Nice variety for breakfast for the kids. Can't complain about free hot coffee. The room was good size for myself and 2 kids. They loved the bunk beds!

I went out to my car around 9 or 10 pm and there were tons of people in the bar/lobby drinking and eating. That in itself was not an issue. Early the next morning when we went downstairs for breakfast and everything was still a mess from the night before. The breakfast food was also pretty awful. Usually I sleep great in hotels but the beds here aren’t the most comfortable.

The pool and the hot tub were great for our kids. There were several birthday parties and I think a bridal party so the hotel was packed however we heard minimal noise in our room despite all the people.

Took 3 tries to get into the room. First room hadn’t been cleaned. Second try, the key wasn’t made right. Room we ended up with had a loose door handle that was extremely hard to open.

Location can’t be beat. Staff was great!

They need a fenced in section in the back to let dog’s loose to run.

The staff was very great. Even though the staff was very busy - the lady at the desk was very nice and welcoming.. We had our 2 dogs and she let us know about all the amenities they had and put us right by the back door for easy access to let them out..

Appreciated being able to have our pets stay with us, but it would have been nice to know sooner about the per dog fee. I had called twice, but rather than a call back, the reply came via email so I was not aware until we were checking in.

Nothing was clean. The bed was uncomfortable and the suite was way smaller than expected. Especially for the price we paid. Breakfast was cold. We also only had 3 towels and 2 rags for a family of 5 and when I asked for extra rags I was handed a dirty hand towel.

They actually have a space for animals to use the bathroom.

Most hotel rooms have an extra blanket. Mine did not. Most hotel rooms today have a lamp or some way to plug in your phone, tablet. I had cord but no plus. You need to catch up with the times!!
