We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesEverything was good except my room key did not work the next day after I went out and came back it happened 3 times and had to go back to the office 3 times for a new one was kind of annoying. The casino was only slots and video poker and I lost over 600$ in there without hitting one thing on the video poker machines its was pretty ridiculous i will never spend another dime in there casino it was horribly. I know it's gambling but I mean really and it's my own fault for putting more money in but it was bad and I was playing dimes and nickles and nothing.
Had a restaurant on site with a free breakfast had a few meals to choose from nothing major but was good and did the trick . Also had a casino open 24 hrs only had slots no table games . Room was decent, full shower and good water pressure small fridge and micro . Experience was good don't have anything bad to say about the hotel and staff .

The room was spacious and well apportionment, including a king-sized bed, breakfast table and coffee, and an extra large TV. The staff was friendly and helpful and I made friends with the bartender. The people are friendly in Elko and I would recommend a layover if you need to get away from the hustle and bustle for a day or two.

United StatesOur assigned room had a broken thermostat and it was 82° when we got there. Hotel staff attempted to fix it but ended up putting us in a comparable room (it ended up being better!) The spa tub was complicated to operate but once we sorta figured it out, it was great!
The room was exceptional. We had the King with spa tub. Very roomy and comfortable. The staff was very helpful.
