It was the probably the best hotel room I've ever stayed in. The kitchenet was fully stocked with everything except food, and has a full size refrigerator with ice maker.

Does anyone really like eating breakfast with cheap plastic ware and paper cups? Found my own solution as stated above. Small parking lot was always filled with oversize Pickup trucks & SUVs by the early evening when I got back. My VW Passat looked like a mini car when I finally found a place to squeeze it in, always far from the front door.

I stay in 3 star level hotels frequently, most often Marriots traveling with 2 show dogs. This trip I just needed to be near my sister's hospital. I was so impressed by all aspects of this particular hotel. It was clear that the staff at every level was totally professional. Loved my fresh yogurt with strawberries, Blueberries, Black Raspberries and granola. The coffee labeled strong was just that. My room, oversized double was just what I wanted to come "home" to after the discomfort of a hospital day. Kitchen totally outfitted to meet my limited needs. Got the habit of taking my room's china and silverware downstairs to breakfast, as I hate paper and plastic for meals.

The shower pressure was weak so it took a while to rinse off the soap.

The location is good. There are supermarkets and gas stations near the hotel. Easy access from the highway.

My only complaint is that it is near a railroad track and we could hear it every now and then. It wasn't extremely loud though, with the TV on and air conditioning, it drowns a lot of it out. Our room was the last one down the hallway facing the track so that could be a factor. If you had a room facing the other way then you probably would never hear it. Literally the only complaint I have and it it not the hotels fault.

I'm so impressed with this hotel. It was very nice. Spacious and very clean. The bed was so comfortable! We loved having the couch to sit on. That is a must for us, having a place to sit besides the bed or a chair. Having a small kitchen was amazing, even a dishwasher! The fridge is full size, including an ice maker! It was nice to see they included silverware, dishes, etc. There was also cleaning supplies, laundry basket.. literally everything you need. We only stayed one night but if you need to stay for multiple days, this is where you need to be! Very close to the mall, restaurants and other shopping centers. Price is the same as other hotel chains that don't even include half the stuff included or not as clean/comfortable. Breakfast was very good, as well. We didn't get a chance to try the pool or gym but we will next time we come back!

Low toilet; bad odor in bathroom sink. Breakfast bar had to many spicy items that I couldn’t eat. They also had an over abundance of vegan foods & not regular on some days.

Excellent free HOT breakfast. Room was very large, clean and super comfortable. The kitchen was fantastic, it's a full kitchen (including cooktop!). The lobby was very nice - lots of comfortable seating areas (breakfast is served in the lobby).

Parking spots were tight.

It was well thought out and provided what we needed. Eg., bright bathroom mirror for getting ready, outdoor area to sit and eat, low lighting during sleep in bathroom, movable tv screen and seating plus kitchenette.

The pool was down for maintenance the only time we had an opening in our schedule to swim, but it wasn't a huge problem.
