The coffeemaker wouldn’t drip so couldn’t have coffee. The shower body wash was empty and the shampoo watered down. We didn’t ask staff to fix those things since not too big of problem. The breakfast on Sunday ran out and we had to wait ten minutes for sausage and eggs. It was 8 am on Sunday and busier than 7 am on Saturday. My husband wasn’t a fan of the turkey bacon on Saturday breakfast. It was no fault of the hotel that the power went out at 8 pm Sunday due to bad weather. It was still out when we left at 9 am Monday so there was no breakfast or warm showers in the dark. It would have been nice if they would have given us a credit on the bill of maybe $25 that we paid for eating breakfast somewhere else.

The room with a full kitchen and very comfortable beds and pillowcases with embroidered “firm” and “soft “. We’ve never seen that before. I loved the vegetable frittata for breakfast on Saturday. Never seen that before.

Just a few things. In your description of policies and facilities you need to include in that, that there is a 20 dollar discrepancy charge that HAS to be collected per credit card. Also, that there is a 50 dollar damage deposit per night that needs to be included in the description. Another things is you need to start listing the pet fees on here as well! Last but not least, updated your info for directly to the hotel because we caller about all these questions and we got told complete opposite of all the info we were given when we arrived! Also I messaged you all a week prior to coming trying to get info for all these issues and NO ONE replied back so we had a huge problem when we arrived because of none to very little communication

I didn’t like how the shower area with the shampoos and shower had build up and hair in the shower. I work for a hotel and those are things I look for when I stay at other hotels.

I loved the room it was so beautiful. My next visit I plan to come back and stay. I love the set up of the room, the bed was so comfortable…I almost felt at home.

Honestly I can’t think of anything to complain about this place was really nice to me much appreciated.

I really enjoyed the breakfast definitely top notch, the staff was the most friendly I’ve ever encountered at a hotel in a long time. The place was beautiful gave a home vibe. Room was very clean and quiet I would most definitely recommend to anyone to stay.

They have a free washer and dryer area available, however it needs to be serviced ! I had to dry my clothes 4 times and they still were damp.

There was plenty of parking, the front desk staff was great! We stayed in the handicap double queen with sofa suite and it was prefect for my family and husband who uses a wheelchair!! We stayed for 4 days and the free breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

I think the breakfast is a bit underwhelming. A lot was prefab. All plastic ware was used. Limited choices in bread and toppings. No salad, like tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.

The food at breakfast was bland. The waffle machine AND the juice machine were BOTH out of order. The selection was very limited and not filled until close to ending time when we already leaving.

The rooms were clean & very nice. The pool wass nice, too. The staff was friendly and helpful.
