Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

United StatesThe beds were listed as Queens but they were double so it was a bit crammy for 2 friends to share. Also the sofa was not in a good shape at all. Very uncomfortable to sit on let alone sleep on it.
Breakfast was really good although it was a bit tight on the seating. Not enough tables were for everyone. Location was good and staff was good too.

We really enjoyed our stay at the staybridge the breakfast was amazing! The staff was friendly, and our room was big and clean. We hope to stay at other staybridge suites in the future. Hopefully soon!

Everything was amazing from start to finish. The front desk woman was super friendly and happy. The front entrance was spotless! The woman checking me in gave clear directions to my room. The entire place was so quiet, clean and smelt fresh. Everyone was very nice. When I opened the door to my room I just expected a regular room but it was anything but! To say this room was clean is a complete understatement. It was nice and cool and just gorgeous! I’ve traveled so much in my life and this room was far beyond my expectations!

The meals at breakfast and Social were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms met my expectations. The meals surpassed my previous experience at Staybridge Suites in another state; the kids looked forward to it always. Checkout by 12pm surpassed my expectations, etc. Room was neat, quiet and was well kept each day. Free guest laundry and the fitness room were a plus.

United KingdomThe location is pretty austere. It's far out of town, but that actually suited us fine as the eclipse had made everywhere so busy.
The staff were very helpful and the room was quiet, spotless and extremely comfortable. Outside, there's a pool and leisure seating, which was a nice touch. Even though a faulty fire alarm hugely disrupted our 2nd night , we were happy with how it was handled and were contacted by management and offered a refund without asking. That was good customer service and we appreciated it.

I love how clean and friendly the staff were. They really took time out to make sure me and my family were well satisfied with our stay. We changed rooms twice because we need a two bedroom, but the went into action and made our stay well worth it. We will be back❤️

United StatesWe checked out on a Monday and forgot that the breakfast was served at an earlier time and shut down at an earlier time, by the time we got downstairs at 10 it was already packed away. Would be nice if they kept it up til 11 like on the weekends.
The king suite was very nice, was like a mini apartment! The bed was super comfy and you can't forget about the delicious free hot breakfast! We went to the pool one of the days of our stay and although it was a tad small, the water was nice and cold during a blazing hot day in Austin!
